Love love love! I don’t know how easy it was to install as the guys fitting my bathroom put it up but they said it fine! I would defo recommend!

Heating element poorly situated
The heating element on the mirror only covers a small area so once the steam is on the glass not a lot is visible. Apart from that it is a nice mirror

How do I get a replacement?
I can only see options for returning the item at my own cost, how do I get a replacement without paying more money? It arrived extremely damaged, multiple cracks.

Do not buy
LED strips seems easily exposed to water, and overall product looks cheap quality comparing to what you can buy from physical shops in same sort of price . I've submitted the return request and Durovin Bathrooms says I've to return it using my own shipping cost and they won't provide return labels.Amazon needs to stop these sort of sellers where customers cannot even return easily - its a large package and going to cost extra money.I will not recommend Durovin Bathrooms unless you are 100% what you are buying.
