I used this product for awhile and honestly didn't really see or feel a difference, perhaps I wasn't using it correctly but I doubt that beings its pretty self explanatory. That being said I think it was an ok product I'm not gonna tell you to go out of your way to get it but maybe give it a try, maybe it will work for you.

Certainly helps with posture
I purchased this product to help me not slouch when I am working at my desk for hours on end now. I find that I scrunch over after sitting for awhile and it is causing me headaches. I have tried this back straightener for 1 week now and have found it to be very helpful with keeping my shoulders back and keeping me in an upright position. It is comfortable to wear and I have not had to use the extra underarm padding that it comes with. I have worn it under my clothes and it was not too bulky and noticeable. I have also tried wearing it on top of my shirt and it has worked that way as well. The reason I only gave it 4 stars and my only complaint is that it does not like to stay centered in my back in the correct position when I start to move around. It wants to slide upwards towards my neck, putting it in the wrong area to do what it is supposed to do. It might be better if it had a firm piece in the back to help keep it from wanting to slide up. So I have to keep adjusting it if I want to wear it when I am being active.

Lucky find on a Facebook ad!
A friend suggested a similar product a while back during her pregnancy, and having had back issues for years I’d wanted to try one myself and found an ad for this one on Facebook. I’ve used it several times so far and while it’s on, it’s immediate relief. I thought it was something you’re supposed to wear long-term, but it’s only meant to be worn an hour at a time. That being said, after about a week of use, using it a couple of times a day for an hour at a time, my back already feels way better, and I’ve noticed I’m consciously standing up straighter, correcting my posture when it’s not even on.It was super easy to put on, just like throwing on a vest or a backpack. The instructions were easy to read and get set up. Adjusting it to fit, and even loosening it if it’s a bit tight is extremely simple. And of course, something like this seems like a torture device, however, it’s actually really comfortable. There are pads to add to the straps for added comfort as well.Overall, I would definitely recommend this one, and probably got lucky stumbling across this one on my first try! It’s definitely something I will continue to use, and I look forward to seeing how much it improves my back pain And posture with continued use!

Not what i expected, but pretty good
I have major neck pains from a car accident and working on a laptop for my job. I bought this hoping it would prevent me from slouching so much and help with my posture. It doesn’t so much prevent my back from hunching over/forward, but it does help with your shoulders from hunching inwards. If that makes any sense. So imagine putting on a tight jacket and not being able to stretch your arms forward. Kinda like that, but you obviously have the flexibility to stretch forward if you needed to. It just makes your shoulders automatically go back. It still helps though, I wear it when I work on my laptop over my shirt. It’s comfortable even without the armpit pads. I actually prefer it without the pads. Also came with a travel bag and one of those exercise bands.

Fit Well but Velcro Slipped
Purchased end of July, 2020. This was the second set that my husband wore. The functionality met the claim. The fit was very comfortable compared to the first brand (More like T shape) that he bought 2 months ago. Note that he is medium/average built. I chose this brand because the imaged showed that the contour on the back a bit away from the neck area (more like X shape) which it could give more opening for the armpits. The outcome was as expected. In comparing with the first set, the Velcro of this set is a draw back: had smaller Velcro surface area. It slipped gradually whereas the first brand stayed in place for more than 8 hrs of wearing. My husband needed to adjust the Velcro frequently. Hope the products could be improved.

Good posture corrector if all you need is shoulder correction
It’s a decent posture corrector. But I can’t wear it under my scrub tops at work. I wear a more fitted style top and the arm straps poke out a lot. My posture is worse while at work. But at home it works great. And I also have noticed that my lower back rounds as well so maybe I need the full posture corrector that goes all the way down the back. :( I also notice I have to wear mine extra tight. I don’t know if maybe this is just meant for more of a mans build but I have to fasten my straps really tight. It’s a good corrector if you just need reminding about straightening up your shoulders but I guess I’m more complicated than that. haha

Not easy to adjust by yourself
I decided to try this because I’ve noticed I’ve been slouching a lot more especially while sitting. At first glance it looks easy enough to adjust. There are sliders on each side however the straps adjust underneath your armpits. It’s really awkward trying to do that on yourself, my arms don’t twist that way. You can’t just adjust it then put it on because then the openings will be too small to get your arms through. My husband finally had to adjust it for me. Once on though it was pretty comfortable, it did stay in place. I’ll definitely keep using it.

Good for better posture
I have chronic pain in my shoulders and neck and often times pain in my back . Muscle spasms pinch nerves ..inflammation ectt....over the past weeks this has made me verry aware of my posture. My shoulders tend to roll forward and wearing this has helped me sit and stand properly. Because I have such bad inflamation any weight puts some strain on my shoulders so even bra straps get to me. Because it was cushioned and covered a large area of my skin I felt it wasn't too bad. It is verry lightweight and didn't dig into my skin or make my muscles hurt any more than they normally would. The only downside is they do dig into your underarms alittle bit so make sure you wear a shirt with sleeves and it wont be a bother. Over time I expect this to make a big difference and hopefully improve the amount of pain I feel due to bad posture.
