Urbio Happy Family Wall Planters

Overall, I am happy with this purchase but I did have to reinforce a couple of the bins, hence the four stars instead of five. The wide horizontal bins kept falling off the panels, (and made a huge mess on the floor) so I reinforced them with additional magnets in the middle of the existing magnets (pictured). I put a very powerful magnet on the inside of the bin (in with the dirt), and a corresponding magnet on the outside (pictured). I have not had any problems with them falling off since doing that. I am hoping this herb garden thrives in these bins as this area gets adequate sun throughout the day. It does add a beautiful and natural aesthetic, as well as being functional and space saving. This was also very easy to install.

I have other products from urbio that are better. These have weaker magnets and support much less weight. No drain holes, so water conservatively.

This product is great if you don’t have a lot of room.You can mount them to the wall, and have lovely little plants in the room. They look great. I love this idea.

I think these are a bit expensive for what they are, but they look really nice (especially if you paint them). Using them for plants has been pretty hit/miss. The smaller single magnet cups have all been unable to support themselves if you water the soil at all. Have come downstairs a couple mornings to find plant + dirt all over the floor. Now we just use those to keep the cat treats out of reach.

I saw this on Shark Tank & ordrerd it the next day - BTW, every shark wanted in on it. It's a novel idea for a planter taking up no surface space. I installed it (relatively easily) on a kitchen wall. It's a magnetized planter with easily removal pots for trimming or watering & they can be rearranged as desired. There are other options also including different sized pots & you can add as many magnetic plates as you have room for. This one little item has brought so much beauty to my kitchen. I suggest visiting the Urbio website prior to purchasing plants for helpful suggestions on plant type/soil/drainage etc. That info may have come with the product but I wanted everything to be ready so I could put it up when the planter arrived. It's a little on the pricey side but it's worth it.

I love it! I bought one about a month ago to use strictly for fake plants on a blank wall I have. The kit comes with a poster with 6 blank full size plates and indentions where the magnates are. I knew right then I wanted another kit, so I ordered another one. (wished I wudve ordered the bigger one to start with!!!! ). I recieved the other one yesterday and used my paper poster to arrange the two kits the way I wanted them. It's finished, fake plants and all and it's BEAUTIFUL!!!! I added a white mirror and two white shelves, one with plants on it and one with battery operated candles. I wouldn't change a thing!!!! I love ordering from amazon, they get all my orders correct.
