Croscill Fabric Shower Curtain Liner, 70 72-inch, White

This is a great shower curtain liner. It works exactly as expected, and looks pretty too. I am currently working to remodel our home, and my master bedroom really needed an update. Prior to purchasing this shower curtain liner, I had always used the vinyl, plastic type of liners. It was time for a change. I decided to purchase the Croscill Fabric shower curtain liner (linen color) for the following reasons:- Amount of positive reviews;- Budget friendly price point;- I was looking for a Liner that was fabric, not vinyl;Product pros:- Shower curtain is visually appealing and looks like a hotel shower curtain;- Product is true to size;- Stays in place;- Keeps 99% of water inside shower;- Protects decorative shower curtain well;- Not too heavy, not too light;- Hangs well;- Could be used alone, without a decorative shower curtain;- Seems to be well made and durable;Product Cons:- A small amount of water does come out, but it isn't enough to cause puddling or a wet floor;- Color doesn't appear to be as beige as the "linen" color shown n the picture;Overall:I am extremely satisfied with this shower curtain and feel it was worth the price. I really enjoy the striped linen coloring of the shower curtain liner, though it doesn't appear to be as beige as the liner pictured. It almost looks more like an off white It looks/feels a lot better than the vinyl shower curtain liners I have used in the past. This shower curtain liner also seems to work just as well as the vinyl ones I have previously used. This shower curtain seems to be a high quality product and doesn't appear to be cheap/cheaply made. My floor has stayed nice and dry after every shower I've taken since adding this liner. I will definitely be purchasing this product again, soon, for my daughter's bathroom shower/tub.I hope everyone enjoys this shower curtain as much as I do. :)

I am so excited about this shower curtain. For all of us Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) folks, its the way to go. For those who are not sensitive to chemicals - it is still the one to buy (vs. plastic.) Why poison ourselves inside our own home with all the plastic toxins?Right out of the bag, this linen shower curtain is impressive. It is thick and solid and well made and somewhat heavy. Clean lines and no frayed edges or threads. There is NO SMELL whatsoever. No (or few) toxic chemicals. Hooray! Although, I must admit that since this curtain is NOT ORGANIC there may be a few chemicals, the same from a pair of jeans. If you are the vigilant type, I suggest washing it first in your choice of solutions to strip off any offending chemical. (distilled vinegar, baking soda, vodka, dry milk.) And/or just hang it in fresh air for a week or so.It is easy to hang and I am using it as my liner which is inside the tub and I have a different cotton liner outside for my decoration. It drapes really well, much nicer than the plastic kind. It is fluid and not stiff.While I am in the shower there are no more sneaky air vents making cold air come in the shower or causing steam to escape. NICE! This linen curtain (vs. plastic) is so much easier to move around.(If the chemical arguments do not sway you for linen over plastic - then perhaps the above two paragraphs points will.)I do not take any extra precaution not to get water on the curtain because it is not plastic. At the end of my shower I just grab an end about half way down and the middle area and shake. Repeat on the other side. Perhaps an extra 5 seconds of my time. The water that is sitting on the liner, just flips off into the tub. It is dry in no time. Love it!I am ecstatic over this shower curtain. I must live in a toxic free environment and this is one big step toward that end. I don't know why I didn't find this sooner. I didn't know they existed. Since I don't shop in actual toxic laden stores anymore (brick and mortar) my shopping is restricted to the web, so I just never ventured to this shower curtain area before. If you are like me, then I suggest you don't shop any further. This linen curtain is the one for you - can't beat the price with free shipping.STUDIES have shown that as many as 100 toxic chemicals associated with adverse health effects are released into the air from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) shower curtains. As much as a FANATIC I am for having a toxic-free home I would not so blindly overlook this by buying the plastic curtains because of the cute themes I could get. I thought by hanging them outside for a month to off-gas I would be okay. Certainly the headache and nausea inducing smell was lessened by that time. But I was fooling myself. NO MORE!Don't care that this curtain is BORING - cause it is SAFE! (IMO)The only one negative I would say about this curtain is concerning stains. Dirty fingers or hair dye probably will stain it, although it is just my guess.Time will tell whether this fabric spurns the growth of mold, which seemed to be attracted to the plastic.

This shower curtain liner does the trick! It is water resistant and keeps the water from the shower contained. It also looks nice with its white on white "striped" pattern. It is well weighted (without magnets) and is heavy enough, so it does not "blow around" when showering. It also washes well. We are pleased with this product.
