Addresses steps, five and six of the big book! Take that rock holding you down throw it away
I’ve been a member of AA for quite a while now. But I’ve never heard of drop the rock until recently. I attended a meeting for the first time, and I have to admit that I learned more in one meeting than I’ve had with an a decade of sobriety, attending other meetings. This book goes into the foundation of the 12 steps. It basically allow you to focus on some things that are still dragging you down. Consider like a rock around your neck! I was amazed after attending a couple of meetings I bought my own book so I could keep rereading it when I needed it. Extremely helpful. Especially with steps five and six.

Make this a part of your recovery arsenal!!!
Ordered a clean copy since I’m going to soon be taking another through this book. I have found it to be a wonderful tool. They only reason why I knocked off a star from my rating was because it just occurred to me and then I picked up the package that it was never sealed properly. Luckily, the book itself was in its own plastic sleeve.
