The Max load mentioned in this ad says 150kg as the max load this is just not true, the booklet which is also very poor and doesn't contain any exercises for use with this bench, states max load as 100kg.This is false advertising and I purchased this item wanting the bench to support 150kg not 100kg.The bench doesn't feel stable at all but I can still use this, but wouldn't dare use any dumbbells' with this as it would probably collapse. You may as well just buy an ab curling machine from Argos or similar bench as this is just cheap rubbish. If it had been dearer I would probably intend to send it back, but as I work all week and only have weekends to do such things it would be too much hassle. I also had to drive over 50miles to collect it from the courier which makes me even angrier at being deceived.

The wooden board did not hold my weight 85kg and cracked the first few minutes. Was refunded. I done DIY and replaced the wooden board with three times thicker board. Now functioning well

Instructions are in small print, half the screws were already bolted in but did not say otherwise which delayed building process. Not what I expected personally in the product in terms of size as it is rather small. I hardly use it, not comfortable to use to be honest and doesn't feel sturdy at all. The only good thing is it folds away flat lol

Only because of the pain it leaves me in when I'm finished doing a set on it.Other than my own feebleness, this is a good item for the price and feels pretty solid. I'm 6ft 2 and 95kgs so on the larger size for a chap.Also arrived in good condition and on time.

This product does what it says' well worth the money. I received it two days ago, and wont be doing sit ups for two days as i was to keen to get on it. If you want to exercise your abs get on this thing brilliant cannot wait to get going again once the pain stops.

May not be the best ever quality, however it is functional. I have the work bench from this brand too as it has worked well for the last two years. A good budget item if you don't have lots of money to spend on gym equipment.

This bench is extremely easy and quick to put together but it is not substantially designed and it needs work doing to it because it is unstable.
