Product Description This Mother Nurture pocket spring mattress will fit a cot bed that specifies a 140cm x 70cm x 10cm mattress. It is proudly made in the UK to a very high standard and offers exceptional value for money. The outer cover is easy to remove and wash at 60°C. There is an inner waterproof cover that protects the core but can also be used as a sleep surface whilst the outer cover is in the wash.The outer cover is made from a 3D knitted fabric that offers increased airflow through the mattress. This in turn aids temperature regulation ensuring a dry and comfortable sleeping environment for your baby and hopefully will lead to many restful nights sleep. The reverse water resistant side offers an alternative sleep surface when more protection is required. Being hypo-allergenic, the fabric helps to protect against allergens that cause asthma and eczema. The foam for this mattress has been specifically developed for nursery mattresses. It is free from organophosphate flame retardants which have been identified as a risk for children, therefore this mattress is completely free from phosphorus, antimony and arsenic. This mattress has been tested to the latest British & European safety standard, BS EN16890: 2017. It also conforms to BS7177: 2008+A1: 2011 for flammability. Please check that you are buying an original Mother Nurture product and not a copy. Please also check your cot manufacturers safety instructions before buying any mattress as most cot manufacturers recommend a mattress no deeper than 10cm for the safety of your baby. Comfortable but shorter than expected
Quite a good mattress definitely too big for travel- it does have a waterproof side but the noise of the material isn’t great when baby rolls around so I use other side & just use mattress protector instead. It’s a bit short than standard sized cot strangely, about 2.5-4.5cm short in length

Rock hard
Really disappointed with this mattress and not really sure what to do with it.The quality seems fine however it is very hard. It doesn't seem fair to expect my toddler to sleep on it. I'd happily return it if I could but now it is out of the packing I think I am stuck with.Please don't buy it. It's not comfortable or cosy at all.

A good mattress
Bought this to replace a mattress after the vomiting bug hit our house.It's a bit firm but that's good. Had no smell upon opening.

Awful smell
Mattress looks lovely and arrived packaged really well but once opened there was an awful chemical smell. We have been airing it out all day and the whole room now stinks.
