Air King 3151G 16-Inch Commercial Grade Oscillating Table Fan, White Finish

This fan was very loud. This is partly because the oscillation mode knob was loose and rattled. I fixed that with a rubber band, but the fan still rumbles like an old car. Also, there seems to be little difference between the 3 speeds - to me, "low" is high, "medium" is higher and "high" is extra high.This fan was described as an Air King fan. As you can see from the picture, I received a Lasko fan. I've had a 16" Air KIng fan for several years that has been great. I don't know why I received a Lasko fan, but it doesn't perform as I had hoped.

This is a well-built fan. Although I will say that the fan is not the same exact one shown in the pictures, and is a bit different in appearance (it's branded as a Lasko a well instead of an Air King... the model shown in the pictures if a 9106, NOT a 3151G). Although function is the same, so it doesn't matter. Also four stars because mine arrived with the oscillator control knob detached from the fan, but I reattached it, so it's no big deal. This is definitely more well-built than any other oscillating fan on the market today, and I would highly recommend it!

I read the reviews and I really didn't think they would send a cheap substitute more than once but they sent me a cheap substitute that retails for about $20.00. Why do they think consumers won't notice when they are being cheated? They can provide the advertised product or take the ad off the site. Amazon, you need to take a look at this provider. I am disappointed that they are allowed to sell on your site.

This fan was easy to assemble and I was feeling a proper cool breeze in minutes! I tried a fancy tower fan ( Lasko 4930 35-Inch Remote Control Oscillating High Velocity Fan, Gray ), but it did not distribute as much air during oscillation as this one.We'll see how long this one lasts, but my experience with floor/table fans is that they tend to work for many years.

In two tries could not receive a complete fan. Both boxes were missing the parts bag that contained the necessary connection pieces. Amazon took the item off their system until they could rectify the situation.

Really worth the money. This fan is easy to assemble and is a great quiet operating fan. Will buy another one.

low setting too fast,too loud, not good in room where u want to sleep. ok for work area. was sent wrong fan plan on returning it.
