I'm writing this review after using this light for a few months. I'm surprised by the quality this portable pocket light offers for its price. It comes in a nicely packed box with the light, cold shoe mount, USB Cable, and literature. The controls on this bi-color light are very simple. The color temperature ranges from 2500-8500K and the brightness level from 10-100%. Charging time takes approximately 3 hours to fill the entire battery if it's completely drained. The OLED screen shows the color temperature, battery indicator, and brightness power in percentage. The working time depends on the level of brightness. With a lower brightness, I've used it for 2.5 hours. The diffuser plate has magnets to lock onto the surface of the light, and it doesn't come off easily even when you wiggle it hard enough. It feels extremely light when you are holding it. It's not exactly a downside, but the light doesn't work when it's charging. This light is perfect when I use it for my photos and Youtube videos. It's an amazing light under $50.

Other than being a good looking product and being easy to use, thIs light hits two out of the three things that I look for in this small video light category. For my video creating needs, no video flickering, bi-color for warmth or clear-whites, and usability while plugged into a power outlet. Sadly, this guy turns off when you plug him in. If this guy would stay on while plugged in, it would perfect.THE GOOD: Does not flicker in video recordings and has bi-color ability. Very small, bright and affordable too!BAD: Doesn't stay on while charging.

Good and portable but hard to stand if using alone. Would be nice to have a screw fixure for the bottom and top so you could screw a camera to tripod, then top of camera to this light or instead have light and camera on top. Once on tripod then no where else to screw. I think for skype you need one on each side to get no shadows. Plenty bright and color changes over many temperatures. From 2500 to 8000 I think. Brightness is good at 50%. I like 2700 temp. Goes yellow like to white. Tripods take up too much space and small tripods are not tall enough unless put on top of something else. Plenty portable. Should come with case in my opinion. I got mine for 38 but now the price went to 45. I was going to buy a second one but seen price increase. Buying gps case to carry.

Great product! Wide color range with good mix and accurate CRI. The CCT's are close to those displayed. For desktop video there is plenty of illumination meaning that we run at low brightness and get hours of battery life. The unit will operates and charges while on USB connection. Good design with a tripod screw allows it to be mounted high and away so the light looks natural.

I bought two of these to enhance certain background in my photo's. The are a great portable size, charge quick, drain at an appropriate rate based on the output intensity and [surprisingly] pack a great punch. Yes, they do not operate while charging, but lets be real here; if your intention is to buy these to set up a shoot that will literally require them to be constantly on to the point of running off AC, then you're obviously looking at the wrong lights for the wrong use or you don't check/charge your gear before a shoot. That's not the gears fault and I'm not going to buy a tractor to race it in Nascar and then complain about it when I lose....

These easily store in my bag. Large spectrum on intensity. Well built. I read other reviews before buying and was a bit dismayed that you couldn't use them while charging BUT in fact you can. I didn't have the exact wall bricks so I bought these : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DCR29GN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and the lights will work while plugged . Maybe they don't when charging from a PC as I haven't tried. They are not a replacement for your main studio lighting, I wish they little tripod legs didn't collapse so easily but for the money they will do.

The product is good , but after 7-8 months of use it stopped charging , I contacted costumer support via email and never got a reply, just buy from another brand.

The media could not be loaded. It’s bright but you gotta get it really close to the object,I wanted to use it for my face but I can’t get it close to my face
