A History of Irish Fairies

I gave this to my granddaughter, I was hoping for much more illustration but she seemed to like it.

Great source for Irish mythology. Although it's told in a folky and non-academic style, which actually makes it a good read, the material is extensive.

i am in love with this book! i just can't put it down. it simply just reels me in with such a scientific approach on such a magical topic. i truly enjoyed this book and it really provides much information on all your questions! =) a must for faery readers!!!

The book was a quick and easy read, but cannot say I was excited about the info it contained. It did not seem to provide much "history"

I was hoping for less sensationalism and more objective writing about this subject.

This is a great book. I had a research paper for my mythology class and I choose to do it on Irish fairies. It was a great book for reference and quotes.

This book has been a good read so far. I am really enjoying it. Although it is a little on the small side.

Brief, not hard to read. I was looking for information on the Irish fairy world, and this provided me with a good start.
