Looks good when up and assembled
The light fitting looks good when assembled and installed. You need to take care with the glass and it would benefit you to take some time to check the assembly before attempting to put it up. My instructions would be:1) Carefully unpack the light2) Disconnect the ceiling fixing from the top section and place the screw on caps to one side3) install the ceiling fixing using the supplied plugs - preferably connect to a beam if possible4) Check which extension pieces you want to use5) Disconnect the nuts from the top screw in connectors and put the connectors to one side4) Screw the extension pieces together using the connectors as necessary to the desired height5) thread the cable through one of the extension pieces6) Connect the extension pieces by screwing them to the connectors on the main part of the frame holding the lamps7) Screw the top connectors into the top of the extension pieces so the thread that holds the nuts are exposed8) Carefully bend back the inner tabs in the metal frame to accept the glass9) Connect the top section back to the extension pieces by threading the nuts back on the connectors10) Attach the cable to your internal wiring using a 3 pole connector block ensuring the earth is connected in the middle and the live and neutral are connected correctly11) reattach the frame to the ceiling fixing by screwing the caps back on12) Check the installation is secure.13) Carefully install the glass using the cotton gloves supplied and carefully bend the tabs back over14) Install both end pieces first and then put in the sides in15) put in your chosen light bulbs16) admire your handy work

Glass all scratched on arrival
Lovely light but glass panels came scratched all the way down. Tried to clean them, but to no avail.

Looks beautiful
I love this lamp, looks amazing in my kitchen. The quality is okay and quite easy to install. The only down side is the glass and holding lips. Quite tricky to hold a glass in place and feels like the metal lips are off size so not every corner keeps the glass correctly.Easy access to the glass though if you need to clean it. I love the look and am happy with the purchase. Thank you

Good. Substantial fitting
Looks good, but be warned; this is quite large and has a heavy duty appearance.Had a slight issue with the product and worked with the seller to resolve, satisfactorily.

Product was damaged
The frame was bent and the glass had the corner broken off not very impressed as I believe the product was packed damaged as there was no damage to the box it came in
