Apple iPhone 7, 128GB, Rose Gold - Fully Unlocked (Renewed)

I decided I needed a new phone when the camera on my 6S stopped working. I didn't want to sign a contract, but I also didn't want to shell out $600+ for a new iPhone. I knew that I would be going out on a limb purchasing a refurbished iPhone. Because my current phone is still functional, I knew that if there were issues with the phone I was sent, I would be ok with sending it back if it didn't work.I purchased and iPhone 7 and it came in beautiful condition. Honestly it barely looked used and there were no scratches anywhere on the phone. The seller even installed a screen protector which was a thoughtful touch. They also sent a charging cable and plug which honestly work better than the plugs and cables I am currently using. I see a lot of complaints in the reviews about "non-apple accessories" but they tell you this in the description!I restored the phone from a backup, which took a while since I also had to download the most current version of IOS. I had some issues with my headphones not working, and then the camera not taking photos, and then the receiver not producing any sound. I spent some time chatting with Apple and they agreed it was a hardware issues because we tried all the software fixes and nothing helped. The issue would resolve itself after a restart, but only for a few hours or less. I arranged an exchange through amazon to get another phone from the same seller.The seller was responsive and apologetic and sent me a new phone right away. This phone was even more pristine than the first. It worked ok for half a day, but then when I was out driving with my kids, I noticed it was out of service for 30 minutes, and the phone said that it needed a critical network update. Once I was home I connected to wifi, clicked the link that the phone had given me...which said that i needed to take the phone to an apple store for repair.I did some research and it seems that there was a manufacturing issue on many of the iPhone 7s that had this error that would need a hardware repair. I checked my device and sure enough I was one of the affected units. Yes I was annoyed because I just couldn't catch a break, but I was willing to put in the work because I saved over $200 by purchasing a refurbished phone.I know they guarantee 80% or so battery health and this phone was at 96% which is great. When I took it into apple they also told me that the phone wasn't even a year old, which is crazy! It's literally only 8 months old. But the tech did tell me that the iPhone 7 is basically the lemon of the iPhone family, but I couldn't shell out the money for the 8. So Apple currently has my phone and will send it back in 14+ business days. Not ideal, but my current phone works and I'm ok to wait.I am guessing the tests that they run are diagnostic and they do a physical check for any damage...but both of the issues I had would likely be unnoticed during any of their diagnostics as these issues do not present themselves during the diagnostic tests.The seller was really helpful, accommodating and apologetic...which helps me to overlook these issues as I honestly don't know how they could have possibly known the issues I would have with these phones.

My child loves it!! All her friends and cousin have phones so since she’s been asking. I thought, why not get her an unlocked phone, she’s a kid after all, not fully responsible. The phone was delivered earlier than expected, it looked new, however the battery life wasn’t the best. Also, while playing games on it, there’s no sound even if the volume was turned up all the way, which we thought it was weird, even after closing the app.

Battery dies quick that’s the only issue

This iPhone came at a time I didn’t want to buy a new phone but my previous one had died. And I searched for option this was by far a great one for the price and it works well. I don’t have any issues and it far exceed my expectations. I didn’t want to put myself in debt for a phone. Do whatever works for you and within your budget and means.

Soit-disant le téléphone est certifié reconditionné.Pourtant l'article fait état d'une défectuosité évident et flagrante.Le haut parleur du haut (celui d'écoute à l'oreille) ne fonctionne pas du tout.L'article a probablement été repris sans être testé du tout par le vendeur.

Llegó muy rápido. Hice la compra el miércoles 19 de agosto de 2020 y me llegó el viernes 21; eso es rápido para mí, ya que mi rancho es manejado como foráneo por las paqueterías y pues a veces sí tardan en entregar, así que estoy acostumbrada a esperar.El teléfono llegó muy bien, en caja genérica, con cargador y cable genéricos, tal y como se especifica en la publicación (hay que leer bien para luego no quejarse de que no trae el cargador original…). La estética de 9.9, solo un par de raspones leves, casi imperceptibles. Al parecer le cambiaron la cámara trasera, pero ésta funciona excelente, las fotos salen muy bien. La salud de la batería está al 83%. Lo compré con BuySPRY.Actualización final 08/08/2021:Hago un resumen de mi experiencia con este iPhone a casi 1 año de haberlo adquirido.A día de hoy el teléfono me sigue funcionando bien, no tengo queja, trabaja con Telcel y AT&T sin problema, recibe las actualizaciones igual sin problema, contando con la última versión hasta la fecha (iOS 14.7.1). La condición de la batería sigue en 83%, aunque sí he notado que le dura menos la carga que hace un tiempo, y de repente se llega a calentar, no le doy un uso pesado ya que solo lo ocupo como equipo secundario, para el trabajo, redes sociales, y multimedia principalmente, pero vivo en una zona muy calurosa y según entiendo eso también afecta la batería; me llega al final del día sin problema.De estética había comentado cuando recién lo compré que se veía impecable, y sí, solo presenta unos muy leves raspones en el borde, solo la pantalla está algo rayada, y de eso me percaté cuando por una caída se rompió la mica de cristal que ya traía instalada, pero eso no representa ningún problema para mí, los rayones son leves y pues es obvio que son por el uso, además yo siempre ando mis equipos con protección, funda y mica, y con estos puestos ni se notan esos “desperfectos”.En fin, me mantengo en lo dicho, me ha parecido una excelente compra, sigo muy satisfecha, y sí lo recomendaría pero siempre teniendo en cuenta que esto de adquirir equipos reacondicionados es un volado, además de que debemos estar conscientes de que no son equipos nuevos, por lo cual no estarán en perfectas condiciones, si queremos algo que sea nuevo pues hay que ahorrar para invertirle en algo mejorcito. Recomiendo también leer bien las especificaciones de las publicaciones, porque luego lee uno cada comentario…Por el precio que pagué estoy más que conforme, fueron $3,549 bien invertidos, y últimamente lo he llegado a ver aquí mismo en menos de 3 mil pesos, si en estos momentos contara con los recursos, sin duda volvería a adquirir un equipo de estos, pero tengo pensado hacerlo más adelante.Fue MUCHO TEXTO, pero tal vez a alguien le sirva :)

The phone is not good.The battery peak power is only 88% and it won't last long.Plus the Sim Card drawer is defective and can't close to the end.The lock button and the volume buttons are not steady in place and they move in their sockets.Overall is a bad experience

BUSQUE EN INTERNET Y EL MODELO QUE ME MANDARON ES UN MODELO DEFECTUOSO DE APPLE QUE FUNCIONA BIEN... MENOS PARA HACER/RECIBIR LLAMADAS. ES EL A16660, REPORTADO POR APPLE HACE YA VARIOS AÑOS.LA VENTA LA CONSIDERO FRAUDULENTA PORQUE SI YA TIENE TIEMPO DE REPORTADO, SIGUEN VENDIENDO ESTE MODELO. UNA COMPLETA FARSA.

The description said the phone was GSM unlocked, however my SIM card wasn't supported, and I'm with Koodo, which is definitely GSM. No support from SELLOUTDEALS when I tried to contact them. Serious disappointment.
