These are great kitchen scissors. I use them mostly for trimming chicken/meat. They are sharp and cut through easily. The pieces separate for easy cleaning in the dishwasher. These have been used and washed numerous times and have help up wonderfully!

These sheers are excellent quality and come apart easily for cleaning. They are very sharp. I haven't tried to cut a chicken bone with these and probably won't but they easily cut flower stems, meat, vegetables, anything you would want to cut in the kitchen and the cut is very clean. No ripping or tearing like my other kitchen shears.

I love the preoduct. It's sturdy and cuts easily. This was a great buy.

Decent kitchen shears. My trust in the All Clad name was my reason for purchasing these.However, they are the replacement for another pair I bought many years back. And whiles these are good & get the job done, they do not seem as sturdy nor as smooth as the earlier pair. I hope they last...

It's a very nice piece, but it's not worth the price charged.

I love that these scissors come apart so gross stuff doesn't accumulate in them. They are one of the most used tools in my kitchen...Cutting pizza, veggies, etc.

Works well and feels good. Takes a while to get used to it as my older one was lighter.

I find the scissors easy to take apart and easy to put together and they do not fall apart when I am using them. They are super sharp. They do not have pointed ends, like sewing scissors so you can't poke holes in plastic or use them easily as a utility knife, but they cut beautifully and they are not showing any signs of rusting. We are delighted!
