Oh my god this is funny. The hat is actually not bad. It is a costume of course, nothing that will pass you off as a naval officer, and it has an adjustable "snap back" plastic adjustment band in the back that fits all but the supremely largest heads. But it looks great, it is well made, and with the "polarized" sunglasses it really sells the "elitist yacht captain" look. The pipe is an actual working pipe too! (Kids: Don't smoke, stay in skool)I did not try out the tattoos (yet), but you get four (two sets). The hat and glasses fit large heads, but the glasses are a bit fragile, so don't mistreat them. The lenses pop out, but they snap back in easy enough. The hat is the real star of this show. This is great for gags, costume parties, or just annoying people on the dock (or beach). It is exactly what it looks like: cheap fun. Worth the price you pay (about 16 bucks). Just be careful with the shades.

Actually much nicer than I was expecting! Hat is thick and very realistic, pipe is also a really nice quality and very sturdy. Glasses are a little flimsy and thin and the tattoos are just kids standard tattoos but I really bought it for the hat and pipe anyway. Would recommend!

Bought for a coworker who was dressing as Hugh Haffner for Halloween. Pretty cute and worth the money

I bought this as a gag gift for a birthday party on a boat. There are many products like the hat available that showed a lot of flaws. This one was great. The sewing was straight, everything was centered, and both the hat and visor were pretty good materials. The pipe, though not lit, was used as a prop and held together, actually appearing well-made. The beard was a hit too, though the downside of any costume beard was that it was scratchy with loose hairs; not compatible with stubble. Overall, I'd say this was a great deal for the price. It was definitely a hit!

Pretty great but the main logo part is uneven and throws off the symmetry but overall the hat is nice

Very well made. Expected cheap "dress up" stuff but hat was comfortable & made very well. Pipe is actually a real pipe. Glasses were cheap, didn't worry or even look at tattoos/ stickers.
