Wow! A cookie I can eat....and love! If I was limited to one word: Absolutely Superb.
Gluten free is a guide, but does not mean wheat or yeast free. But this does. I can safely eat all the ingredients. And not only does it not have even a single ingredient in it that I'm allergic to, but it is amazingly wonderful. The ginger is a little chewy. The cookie itself is crisp!

Please pack cookies better - no breakage
Really like these cookies, but in two of the packages the cookies were broken into small pieces disappointing -

Surprise delight for Gluten Free!
NEVER tasted better GF cookies than Tate's. Discovered them in a grocery store that was not my "normal go-to" store. Had to have more! Thankful Amazon carries them and they now come regularly to my door. These Ginger ones aren't like gingersnaps...they are made with crystalized ginger, which tastes strong, if you aren't prepared, but ginger is so great for digestion so it's the perfect after dinner treat!

Taste great!
These cookies are always fresh. Love the chunks of ginger in them. Tasty, but not overwhelming.

I got some of these in New York and loved them. When I got back to the west ...
I bought some of these in New York and loved them. When I got back to the west coast, I ordered them from here--terrible. Though they had the same great flavor, they are near stale and the candied ginger pieces just about broke my jaw they were so thick and chewy from being old. Sad, because they are normally really great. By the way, most of them arrived broken. I didn't care, because they weren't for anything special. Something to keep in mind though.

Delicious but Fragile
These are quite tasty -- crisp and full of ginger chunks. I was looking for something similar to Trader Joe's ginger chunk cookies, and these delivered. My only complaint is that the cookies arrived in a million pieces -- doesn't affect the taste, but if I were to want to set them out for a get-together or something, I wouldn't be able to. Perhaps the packaging for delivery could be improved?

My favorites
I have had to eat gluten free for about 10 years due to health issues. These are by far the best gluten free cookies around. They taste like real cookies. None of the usual gluten free grittiness or funny taste. Love these.

Not what I was expecting
I love Tate’s Gluten free cookies! The chocolate chip & Coconut are outstanding but I was a bit disappointed by the Ginger Cookies. They have the same great texture, thin & crispy, they just lack a real ginger flavor. Perhaps because they expire in one month?? I read the ingredients & they don’t use the traditional ginger accompaniments such as molasses, cinnamon, cloves etc. that enhance that ginger flavor...my old favorite, Stauffer’s, has chili powder & red pepper but sadly is not gluten free:(I’ll just stick with the Coconut & Chocolate chip as they are truly the best gluten free cookie around.
