Finally having to replace it after 6 years of regular use.

This product has been amazing. I have used it for 3 years working 4 on 4 off schedule. The most difficult part was finding replacement ear pieces that were comfortable.Started off on a Harris radio, mine got upgraded to a Motorola and instead of buying another setup, I bout a conversion from 2.5 female to 3.5 male and it has still been working non stop.Keeping the tubes cleaned out per the manufacturer is a must, especially if you have a lot of buildup of ear wax. You can also disassemble the piece where the speaker is to clean that accordingly. If your ear gets wet or there is condensation build up in the tube it will get very muffled.The steps for cleaning I have used are soaking it in warm water and blowing out with an electronics duster can. It is amazing to be able to hear everything you need to on the radio and no one around you can hear it!

This product is garbage. My ear piece arrived on 2Dec2020 I wore it for approximately 2 weeks and noticed the wire cover is splitting and starting to disconnect from the plug jack. I really wanted to like this product but the quality is subpar at best.The comfort level is meh as well. The ear loop is to wide and never stayed over the ear, it would slip off of my ear and dislodge from my ear canal.If you needed a CHEAPLY MADE ear piece this is it but for the price it is not for you. Its to expensive for the quality of crap you get.Also why is the cord so long? The spiral part is almost made as if you were connecting the ear piece to a radio on your quad or bottom of the leg. I had excess cord just tucked into my shirt randomly.

Use in law enforcement, started great then find condensation in tubing which I blow out daily now. Sound went bad due to moisture and now I can't rely on it when using. Use compressed air but getting tired of missing radio traffic.

I'm giving it 5 stars because I don't want to tarnish this company but I don't care much for this earphone. Being a 2.5 mm is the negative part. But since I was giving a microphone with a 2.5mm connection, I didn't have any option.

Great! Had it for a month now. Can't complain. Heard from some fellow officers that you'll need compressed air to clean out some moisture that builds up when you're around a/c and then get out of your patrol car and it's steaming hot.

My co-workers have had problems with it not working after a while. I've used mine for about 6 months and I've had no issues.
