Unusable Product. Very disappointing
Would not recommend anyone purchase the customised photo purse. Three of us purchased the same product at the same time. None arrived in good printable condition. All given the same excuse of photo not suitable although when adding the photo into box it was suitable and fit. It’s a shame as the quality of the purse was good. None purchased could be used as a gift as intended. Also felt customer service let the product down also. No return policy and only half a refund agreed on. Save yourself time and hassle do not purchase.

Brutal
Ordered 2 of these customized purses, the image quality is quite bad and they don’t center the picture as you would before placing the order. Heads chopped off and half of the picture missing, due to this needing to be “stitched” in. When wanting to return the products they only offer a half refund. Don’t waste your money!
