Got a bad tube, but amazon came through
My first time ever getting a bad tube of Winsor and Newton - but for whatever reason, my first was almost all liquid. I let amazon know, and they helped me with a quick replacement, so no worries.The actual paint is a welcome addition to my palette - a cool, high tinting aqua blue that looks great in mass tone

Amazon doesn't care about art supplies!
The paint quality is top notch, however this isn't the first tube of $20 paint that has such a hard crunch in the center that causes ME difficulties in using it! Not only does it FLY out of the tube, straight to waste, but is also crunched so hard it expels from the top WITHIN the protective packaging. I no longer buy brushes from Amazon. Rosemary&co, Jackson's, and Cheap Joe's have reaped those benefits. Looks like I'll have them throw my paint in too! Your warehouse people SUCK!
