Runs small. Heavy compression.
For size comparison I wear a medium in the Gymshark Flex leggings. I ordered these in a large and they are very tight. They have a lot of compression but feel soft. The contouring is very flattering. They are squat-proof. But because they are so tight I’m worried the seams won’t stand the test of time so they will be upper body day only pants. Definitely recommend sizing up one or two sizes.

HOLY COMPRESSION!
Wow. These things are like super tight! And holds me in all the right places. I have a little extra fluff if you know what I mean and I feel comfortable. When I squat and run and they stay up with little waistline rolling. However I can tell they are not moisture wicking but if you are ok with out it then you should be fine. But I like these but as a shorty also they do run long. But overall I’m impressed!

Not really stretchy
They run small and they are not really stretchy. Im about a size 8 and bought a large. They fit but like I said not very stretchy, so they aren't really comfortable. After a couple of months I got a small run down the middle of my crotch area. I would skip if you are the same size as me or bigger.

Better than expected
They fit perfectly! They hide my cellulite and give great shape! I’m 5’4”, I got a size Large going off of my current waist measurement (29-30) and they go to my ankle. Super comfortable and they have good stretch. I will definitely be buying more of these!
