I am using this hyaluronic acid with collagen powder for my skin. This Vitamin Shoppe has the “Injuv” hyaluronic acid which is important because your body is suppose to asorb it better. I just started this with the collagen power a few weeks ago, so time will tell if my skin responds and looks firmer . I do think the Vitamin Shoppe has quality products and I feel good about buying their brand.To really be effective though you need to take 4 of these easy to swallow, small gel caps a day for a few weeks or more, so I need to buy more. There are 60 in a bottle. So that is a 15 day supply. So if you are serious about seeing the effects , buy 2 bottles. Research “ InJuv”, interesting information.

I break these capsules open and apply them to my arthritic thumbs and use DMSO as a delivery agent to drive it in. It works.

This product provides a subtle healing effect for arthritis pain. I stopped it for a while but paid the price. I definitely suggest this product.
