My TCL TV lacked decent volume unless at 50. So bought the sound bar to improve the sound. Well impressed I like most reviews thought it came with cables but if you re read the description it is just really stating the ways it is possible to connect TV and sound bar. Mine did arrive with a U.K. power socket and the basic optic cable, but I opted to use the HDMI ARC method. At first I struggled to get the sound bar to work and the instructions supplied where poor, but a visit to TCL.com/ support gave me the real instructions. To enter tv settings and switch on T link after that turned off and on both TV and sound bar and all good with excellent sound quality. Got to say TCL appear to make quality goods on a budget and in this day and age of ever improving TV modes I consider them up there with higher priced products offering the same

1 star for false advertising. No cables supplied with the bar. Nuisance.

The product itself is very good the sound quality is crisp and its easy to install however, the plug is designed for North American outlets so an adapter is needed to use

Great sound bar for the money. I run mine via optical for the TV and PS4 and not been disappointed.

It’s okay .It’s pretty easy to set up and it connected to my tv through both HDMI arc and BluetoothThe remote is okay and the link to tv is okay but not great - it takes time where’s me existing sharp sound bar is instantSound is at best just okay - louder than a tv but not very much bass if that’s what you like

I have eagerly been waiting for the TCL soundbar for my television. My TV is a bit old now and the sound quality is poor at best but by adding the soundbar it’s like having a new TV. The sound quality is absolutely great I’m blown away how good it is. It makes film watching a new experience.I’m not technically minded but it is Bluetooth. It comes with power lead and remote control which is small but controls are on top of the bar too. It’s a good size 80cm. You do have to purchase a optical lead separately that’s around £7. A lot cheaper than purchasing a new television.I have ordered a power cable with a English plug on don’t like the 2 prong one.Highly recommend 😍

The sound bar itself is not bad values for money . However , in the small print in the preamble for this sound bar the vendor says: "Box contents: in addition to your TV sound bar, you will receive a remote control and a wall mounting kit. In addition, You get all the necessary audio cables for an easy connection. " NOTE: YOU DO NOT GET ANY CABLES for connection, not even an optical, which most sound bars are supplied with, plus the plug is European, 2 pin; so you will also need to purchase an adaptor as well.I've looked other reviews since purchasing this item and other buyers confirm this is the case, going back at least several months. So why haven't Amazon done anything about this ?

This sound bar is at best mediocre considering the price. It does not come with any audio cables although the listing mentions these. I also received a 2-pin EU plug so in addition to having to buy my own audio cables I also need to buy another power adapter.

El mando, además de excesivamente pequeño, ya está estropeado y no hay recambios.El USB ha dejado de funcionar.

TCL TS 5000 Partiamo dai fondamentali: la resa acustica.Ottimi bassi emozionali (niente subwoofer, è solo 2.0), ma non troppo invasivi ed un parlato decisamente chiaro, creano una scena sonora d'impatto e conivolgente che ricorda un po' il cinema. Certo un subwoofer aiuterebbe a spingere più nella pancia i bassi, ma tutto sommato non se ne sente troppo la mancanza ed i vicini ringraziano :-)Il suono non viene mai distorto nemmeno ai volumi più elevati (>95dB) e la potenza (110W totali, 55 per canale) è sufficiente per ambienti discretamente grandi (sto riferendomi a salotti domestici non ad anfiteatri :-)Da scheda tecnica supporta la decodifica DolbyDigital.Buono la direzionalità e l'effetto stereo (si capisce se il suono viene da sinistra o da destra).3 equalizzazioni disponibili: movie, news, music. Movie è adatta per i film ed enfatizza parlato e bassi, news enfatizza il parlato, music è dedicato alla musica ed è il più neutrale dei tre.Promossa pieni voti dal lato audio (per questo fascia di prezzo difficile pretendere di più), la trovo molto valida anche dal punto di vista estetico: 80cm di nero elegante avvolge le forme regolari che la distinguono.I pulsanti di comando sono sulla parte superiore, sono ben visibili e offrono la giusta sensazione al tatto. Consentono la scelta del'ingresso, di accendere spegnere, di attivare il BlueTooth e di regolare il volume.Manca un display, ma ad ogni ingresso è associato un piccolo led di colore diverso, quindi non se ne rimpiange troppo la mancanza se non per il volume.Dal punto di vista degli ingressi abbiamo solo l'essenziale: aux con jack, ottico e bluetooth. Ed anche USB, per la riproduzione da chiavetta dei più comuni formati audio. Niente HDMI, per essere chiari.Vi segnalo che la barra ha un ripetitore IR (raggi infrarossi) così da poter ripetere al televisore i comandi del telecomando qualora la barra andasse a coprire il sensore del televisore (e se la poszionate daventi al TV è facile che succeda).Durante l'uso non vi sono luci/led/display che infastidiscono la visione e la soundbar va automaticamente in standby quando non si usa.Il telecomando è l'unico elemento che tradisce l'economicità della barra: è talmente piccolo e sottile che hai costantemente paura di perderlo o romperlo premendo i tasti. E' a infrarossi (bisogna puntare la barra per funzionare). In poche parole fa schifo, ma funziona.In definitiva è una barra economica di sostanza, con una ottima resa audio, prefetta per televisori tra i 40" e i 60".Nella confezione:- i supporti per appendera la barra al muro con la relativa dima di carta per forare e tasselli- telecomando formato carta di credito con batteria inclusa- cavo alimentazione- cavo jack-jack per aux- ripetitore IR con cavetto di circa 1m- istruzioni- piedini gommatiNiente cavo ottico (problema già segnalato ad Amazon).
