Does not come as portrayed on the website
So disappointed. The charm itself is pleasant enough but the item was displayed on the website with both a Pandora box & bag. I have purchased many Pandora charms, usually direct from Pandora shops, and each time they have come in a Pandora presentation box, in a beribboned Pandora bag as shown on the website. This turned up in a small plastic zip bag. As this was a Christmas present it would have been so much better to have been able to present it in a more attractive way. I respectfully suggest the seller needs to either delete the pictures of the Pandora box & bag, or do the honourable thing and provide what is displayed on the website.
