NOT as advertised
This is advertised a "rhinestones" . In fact "rhinestones" are mentioned several times. There is NOT one rhinestone. The item is just a bunch of sequins and definitely not worth $32. I feel ripped off. The rows can be cut, but then you are left with a bunch of loose threads sticking out which does not look good. Also some of my rows had half silver and half gold when I ordered just gold. Are they spray painted? Feels cheap.I do not recommend this item.
