I have a lot of helmets and this is easily one of my all-time favorites. First, it's adjustable so the fit is going to be absolutely perfect. Comes with dropdown sun visor which DOES give you room for your prescription glasses. Has the quick release buckle and a comfortable inner liner. The artwork, overall quality and many extra features of this helmet make it seem like I should've paid a lot more. Highly recommend.

This half shell helmet has exceeded my expectations. I bought it primarily for my MSF class, and it fits incredibly well. It was time to switch out my old half helmet. On the basis of the reviews I had read, the ILM looked like it was worth a try. I wear a medium helmet, ride a 2002 Road King. Took it out for a Sunday cruise around the lake and then up to 70 mph for a stretch of highway. Impressions: it’s not a slim line helmet like my previous lid. But I have to say, it looks right. Didn’t try the pull down eye shade cuz I wear cocoon-over-prescription sunglasses and there’s no point. Easy adjust chin strap (although the tag end of the strap needs to be held in place with a small elastic band to keep it from flapping in the wind). I like the metal clasp. It ratchets up easily in the receiving end, with multiple stops for a fine adjustment. Pull the red tab for a quick and effortless release. Great feature. Felt comfortable all along the way. Snug without being tight. No discernible buffeting at high speed on less than optimal highway pavement. Also, there was no wind blowing today so I can’t judge the effect that may have on performance. And because the temps I rode in were moderate, I don’t yet know if it’s going to be uncomfortably hot under there. We’ll see.Overall, a very good value. If it continues to perform as it did on this first voyage out, it will definitely be my new go to on a permanent basis. Good helmet and a reasonable price point too. I like how it’s adjustable which is a feature many equestrian riding helmets have and I was pleasantly surprised to find this helmet with this feature too. My husband borrows it sometimes and his head is smaller than mine so he can custom adjust it. I think it would make a great passenger helmet. I like the dark visor too. I wear glasses and have had no problems with it. I also wear earbuds when I ride with my husband on his bike and there’s been no problems there either. It’s comfortable,easy to see out of and is nicely padded as a more expensive helmet might be but at a reasonable price.

I've been through a ton of helmets from full face to the little beanie we all know isn't DOT? Lol it fit good has the pull tab but the clicky thing on the back is a game changer seriously! The pull down glass actually works really well I was surprised how well it all works together and I didn't feel like a bobble head 2 clicks it didn't move at all. The big ear cover part you can't feel them at all. I also bought one for my wife she has such a tiny head helmets never fit her and we always gotta put head cover bandna something to try to make it work? This helmet works great for her because of the clicky thing on the back. Highly recommend

I have always had trouble finding helmets that fit snug but not tight. I love the adjust feature on this helmet that gives me the perfect fit.

Returned - the inner lining was not lined up with the outer shell correctly

I ordered three other helmets and sent them all back before ordering this one. I have a lot of hair none of the others fit properly. I love the way the helmet fits the buckle is comfortable and the helmet is not too heavy also the price is right. I love the design and I have gotten nothing but compliments and everyone wants to know where I got it. I feel a lot safer riding my new EBike now.
