ZTE V967S Quad-core MTK6589 5.0 Inch QHD with Android4.2 1.2GHz Dual Sim Dual Cam

I bought this phone for my wife a year ago, my expectations were "for the price it may last 6 months and that would be a good deal", surprise surprise, one year and it's rock solid, and when I say it I mean it, well, it needed a bit of work since the os it's Chinese, some googling, some reading and got the phone rooted and with a custom rom, play store, etc. The rom I placed it's old but works like a charm, it's pretty solid and must congratulate the programmer or team, will update with the name and version soon, so far the phone keeps working hard and zero lagging or freezing, for real! Screen colors are sorta washed, its no retina display but it's decent and readable, not the fastest phone but it's ok for browsing, some non demanding games and the everyday speaking and messaging, being double SIM it's an advantage, since you can have two different carriers who could work where other can't , using a data plan when the other finish, etc. If you looking for a good value wise phone and you willing to spend some time setting it up, you will get a solid phone to work with.

you have to be smarter than a box of rocks to find and get all the APN settings changed properly. but once you do that it's a great phone. works like a champ here in my tiny little texas town. we have two of them up and running here. seller support was superb! even all the way from china! This phone doesn't do well with straight talk. The T-Mobile side of the dual sim card won't receive the programming information. The AT&Tside is always weak. It runs off of wcdma, which is an ovoverseas airwave. Had to get another phone. But the phone itself is pretty awesome. Very quick and sturdy. Well built, but just don't think this phone does well in America. Disappointed.

First off I have owned a lot of phones from iPhone's to windows 8 and high end Android phone so know what good looks like, this is relatively chunky, and large in the hand. The screen is ok, not great and you can see the wires in the digitizer.The screen itself has very good viewing angles and the colors are not bad, it does have a fairly low resolution, falling between the original iPhone and retina, best described as adequate rather than sharp.The camera is fairly rubbish, with pretty bad compression and poor detail.Sound is good and speaker clarity is as good as any other standard mobile.Battery life is great on account of the energy efficient CPU and crazy size battery.Performance is astonishing, I had a tegra 3 LG p880 before this and this feels much much much slicker I really cannot emphasise that point enough this feels a very fast phone. I have played 3d games such as judge dredd and this runs it smooth as butter.I haven't used the dual sim facility but will say 3g performance is poor expect 2mbps Max out of this no matter where you are, my LG gave 6 and my Samsung ativ gave 11!!This phone problem is software. There are some very slick Samsung s4 roms out there that are great but the problem with them is they crash all the time with Bluetooth and calls. I have tried several and I am forever being"reset" with prompts for sim pin. But for this we would definitely be looking at4 stars. Will update if get a decent rom.

I like the big screen the best. The Price is just what I have and I am very happy for what I got.I use it with wi-fi at home walking around and also while taking the bus going to school.It is great with whatsup and vine Works superb.

Must say one of the best things I have bought from Amazon. Large screen let down by average cameras but otherwise everything works a treat

Very nice mobile. I never thought that this mobile worked that way. Very fast. It'Is working better than my sony xperia S.
