It's Just! - Vitamin C Powder, 100% Pure Ascorbic Acid, Food Grade, Immune Support, Homemade Cosmetics (11oz)

Finally, something that actually works. I dyed my virgin hair with Manic Panic Amplified After Midnight blue hair dye. This is semi-permanent hair dye that Manic Panic has amplified to make last longer and stronger. Blue hair dyes are also notoriously hard to remove. That was 4.5 months ago, and the blue has been a nasty faded shade for at least half of that time. I tried using head and shoulders and then a fading shampoo to remove that last bit that wouldn't budge. Neither did much. I have shoulder-length thin hair and I use half of this bag mixed with just enough conditioner to form a mousse (1/4 cup to 1/2 cup) which I then apply to damp hair and keep in for 6 hours under a plastic bag. It makes a noticeable difference! I went from having hair that looked mostly blue to hair that was mostly my natural hair color with just one treatment. After a third time it is all but gone, and I have just one more to go for my hair to be 100 percent. Right now you would have to know it was there to see it at all. Use a decent conditioner because the vitamin C is really drying. VO5 caused me to have damaged ends. Herbal Essence worked well, and I followed it with a hot oil hair treatment. It feels healthy enough that I could repeat it tomorrow if I wanted to, but I am waiting a week just in case. Using this much C is a little intense. It does sting the delicate skin around your hairline and ears. Just blot if off with a rag. After about an hour your scalp might sting too, but the sensation goes away. It's not as bad as using bleach, though. I am not sure if the 6 hours is necessary. I just really want all the blue out of my hair and to go back to my natural hair color. This is working and not damaging my hair if I take care of it. I would not recommend using shampoo instead of conditioner. I did that the first time and it was bad for my hair. I honestly think it works just as well with good conditioner.

I’ve been searching around for Vitamin C in powder form and I read the most recent reviews for few big brands available in the market and finally decided to purchase “It’s Just Vitamin C Powder”. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and I love this product.It’s in a powder / fine crystal form which dissolves easily in water or any beverage. I take this first thing in the morning with 1000mg of the Vitamin C with 1500mg of MSM. It adds a tangy twist to the flavor. So far I really like it because the Vitamin C powder form is very versatile, I can adjust the dosage accordingly to my needs and I can take it few times throughout the day when I feel unwell. It dissolves well in the water.It’s also become a part of my skincare routine – mixing a bit of the powder with distilled water to concentration of 10%. I make very small batches so I don’t have to add in preservatives. I feel it helps brighten up and gives my skin a noticeable glow.One of the downside is that the bag does not seal properly, which is not a big problem as I put the powder in a bottle and store it in the fridge. (I store all my supplements in the fridge!)I really like It’s Just Vitamin C for giving me that extra boost of immunity support and skin radiance. I purchased this brand not only because it’s good quality, but also it is value for money. I will continue purchasing this brand once it’s finished.

It's good quality vitamin C. I mix it with a little honey and take a dose in the morning. It's much cheaper than getting the sachets that also contain the artificial sweeteners that I don't like. So, I love that I can mix it with some raw honey instead. Very effective overall, and I'll buy again.

I’m not leaving a review to say anything negative, except for the fact that if you were expecting this drink to taste like oranges, you will be disappointed. Maybe I didn’t read all the reviews, maybe I didn’t read the important information, but I assumed that because it was vitamin C it would taste like oranges. Silly me. It does not. Other than that, product is fantastic.

This powder makes a great addition to my smoothies. A good way to get extra Vitamin C in.

This is a great price on a basic but useful substance, however you use it in such small quantities that it'd be better in either a Jar you could pour directly from or a bigger bag you could leave a teaspoon in.If course if you have a handy Jar around you can just transfer the product with aid of a folded piece or paper.

Brightens skin for sure! I am clumsy and I sometimes go at things without knowing if I am fully capable of doing it without assistance lol. Because of this, I get injured. Cuts, scrapes, burns...I am just one of those women. I recently burned my arm and the only change in my routine are these pills so I believe they are the reason the burn has pretty much healed up and faded fairly quickly as well as some other little scrapes and scratches.
