Colour Name:Blue Product Description This PME Gum Paste is brilliant for beginners, as it doesn't dry quite as solid, or as quickly as other brands might. This gives you more workable time before it sets, allowing you to mould your item to perfection! Florist / Gum Paste is a type of sugar paste which dries much harder than traditional sugar paste or fondant. It is commonly used for things such as decorative sugar flowers, and small figures. It is easy to work with, and once set will dry very firm, and solid, but will be much less stickier than sugar paste. This makes it brilliant for smaller, often fiddlier models. If you don't see the colour you want simply add colour paste to White Gum Paste to create any shade you desire. Once opened seal in an airtight bag. Ingredients Icing Sugar (50-53%), Water (9-11%), CMC (2-3%), Pettinice (31-34%), Potassium Sorbate (<1%), Vanilla (<1%), Dried Egg Albumen (<1%), Brilliant Blue (<1%). Contains egg.
