I ordered this some weeks ago. Delivery was quick and very happy with the chair. As others have said the seat is really hard, however it soon softens up. Chair is very comfortable and supportive for your back, and the right height if you have a little trouble getting out of lower chairs.

Looks nice and easy to assemble but the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat on. Have ordered a piece of foam to replace the seat, hopefully that will help. No padding on armrests.

I like the design and fabric - just what I was looking for.Unfortunately the seat cushion is very hard and extremely uncomfortable.Also, the arms do not have much padding and you can feel the timber arms through the fabric.All the manufacturer needs to do to make a brilliant product is to review the quality of the padding/cushion.Fingers crossed that they make the changes and then 5 stars would be warranted.

These were bought to use in a conservatory rather than lounge chairs. They are an ideal size and very firm, still being new. They are a comfortable fit for my wife who has wide hips. For me they are a little too firm for long term sitting. At 5 foot 8 inches they are a good seat height.My only criticism is they are not as deep as I would like since I am a bit of a sloucher. I don't use them with cushions at the back as this shortens the depth.For use as occasional chairs for guests these are fine but I wouldn't buy them as comfy living room chairs, purely for the lack of seat depth.

This is anice size chair not to big fits nicely as a accent chair in my front room. The wife loves it. It is quiet firm but this is what we wanted.

My mother has used this char daily and after 1 month the seat cusion is shocking, there is hardly no padding on the arms either after only a few months of use, stay well away

Bought these chairs to replace two expensive 'comfortable' chairs. The seat is firm but the chair supports the back and buttocks. As pensioners with the normal aches and pains of age I would highly recommend these chairs. Excellent value for money.
