Brutally expensive... very effective.
Bought a 72" double slipper tub for my Wife's "Spa" during a recent remodel. We thought we have measured perfectly, but it was just a bit too long for her to be real comfortable in, without slipping down too far. I searched the entire interwebs... like ALL of it, looking for a suitable foot rest to go in the tub. Diving bricks, underwater aerobic weights, etc. Seems like nobody other than Kohler actually makes a real weighted footstop for use in a tub. This thing can't cost much more than 10-12 bucks to produce and ship to the USA. So, IMHO, the cost for this item is damn near criminal. That being said, it is brilliant. The wife says that it makes the tub usable. And since the tub, pluming, install were nearing 5 grand, I can't b!tch too much about a product that makes the tub work for her. If I were smart, and had the time, I'd start my own company Tub Footstops-R-Us or something.

2 person tub CURE!!
After moving into our new house I hated our 2 person tub since I wasn't able to lay back and relax. I had to sit up with my back straight so that I wouldn't float around. This product was expensive, but totally worth the price since it's an essential hack for tubs that are too big. This would work for a short/petite person who is having this issue with their one person tub as well.**BONUS: It looks nice inside your tub as well so that you can leave it in there all the time.

Pricey! But worked for me.
I am 5 feet 2 inches and I have a soak tub that is 72 inches. I tried everything to be able to take a bath without slipping under the water. Nothing worked. I did some research and found the footstop. It works great. It is heavy, so be for warned. I am able to prop my feet on it and not fight with slipping under the water. I clean it with the same stuff I use on the tub, rinse it well and set it on a towel to air dry.I would have given this 5 stars but for the price. I mean really! It is a molded bag of sand basically. I am sure they could lower the price, unfortunately this is the only brand I was able to find. So I paid the price, yes it works at least for me. But it is not cheap.

Pricey and ineffective
I was really excited about this product but it just didn’t work at all. It was way smaller than I thought it would be so it wasn’t very helpful, and it also slid around way too much. For note I’m using an old milk crate instead but thinking of using a sandbag next. Save your $$!

Best solution for shorter tub users, period.
My wife's feet didn't reach the front of our newly installed jetted tub, making it difficult for her to relax and enjoy the water jets (or even just to lay back and soak w/o jets). When your feet don't touch, you just sort of float around. Not fun. Tried several ideas and did a ton of research, but after awhile we got tired of trying yet more ideas and doing yet more research. We just bit the bullet and bought the Kohler footstop. Result: It really works. Period. Compared to the cost of the jetted tub, the price for this footstop was inconsequential. Can be easily moved around and positioned while submerged. My wife loves it and won't use the tub without it.

Way too expensive for the quality
From wife:I got this hoping I’d find more comfort in our extra long tub... but you have to get it placed JUST RIGHT & Be still because it slips easily.I also wish it was a little more arched for comfort .

Doesn’t work for me
Based on other reviews I had high hopes for this bath footrest. Our 72 inch tub is too long to stretch out in with sinking below water. Unfortunately this footrest won’t stay in place and slides no matter where I put it, under knees or placed for my toes. Very disappointed to waste good money on a product that didn’t do what it’s designed to do, at least in our tub.

Finally getting to relax in my tub!
I love this product!! We were in the process of having to replace our 72 inch tub because it is much too long for me and when I tried to lie back in it, I always would slip down. Decided to try this footstop as a last ditch effort before investing in a new tub. Works like a dream and has saved us quite a bit of money. Thank you Kholer for this awesome product!
