Inventr.io has a most complete course for starters and these sensors.

Need link to tutorials, pinouts, and part model numbers please?

The paper inside brings the sensor key number and it's universal. About tutorials and else, I enrolled to Inventr.io as I had bought a kit from them and did all sensors tutorials there.
