This really boosts your Sentry to be a good game controller
The eye tracking is quite accurate for the price level of this device. What is a little disappointing though is the software part. You cannot control much without using 3rd party tools. If you really want to get the most out of your Sentry be sure to check out http://iris.xcessity.at. This really boosts your Sentry to be a good game controller.

Love it!
Works great for me; Windows 10 64-bit. Not sure what others are saying about monitor size limitations. Using this on a Dell 34" 21:9 UltraWide without any issues. If you don't use this for streaming it's a bit of a gimmick, but cool none the less. Definitely a must if you are looking for extra nerd factor on your setup.

Very Disapointing
It's incredibly difficult to work with. I have a nice setup with my main monitor doubled so my friends can watch me play on my big screen TV, but this eye tracker will not work with it. I have to disable one or the other. Also I have to keep my head nearly perfectly still. I imagine it's because the refresh rate is so low

Meh.
Not accurate or steady enough to click links or close windows. Alright for videogames, but is only supported by a small range of them listed on the Tobii EyeX website which is the same product. Sentry is just SteelSeries a version of it. 3rd party software honestly is what makes this thing worth anything. Not really worth it IMO unless you want your viewers (if you stream) to see where you look or you play one of the games listed. Even then, it's not a big woop for Division in my experience.

Works as intended, but more of a gimmick than anything.
PROS:Detects eye movements fairly well with or without glasses. Its fun for the first hour or so..Adds more immersion if you stream on Twitch. It adds a whole different level to your viewers. Some games have controller integration and are compatible like "The Division"They include two adhesive strips for more than one monitor, or in case you need to replace the other.Free Assassins Creed game that used the Sentry Eye as an additional controller.CONS:Steelseries is pricing this on Amazon for $167 as of 3/31/2016 when I ordered mine from the website for $149.99. The price hasn't matched the website in over 5 months. The adhesive magnet is so strong and too strong... that it took off my logo on my HP monitor when I decided to switch it over to another monitor... which is a huge annoyance.A major design flaw is that the USB port is on the side making the tracker tilt at an angle forcing you to make sure the adhesive magnet is crooked to make it fit at an even level. It would have been better if it was on the bottom in the center preventing it from swaying one direction. You can only use the Sentry Game Analyzer for TWO games, yes TWO games. And this has been out for almost over a year now with little to no support for future game titles or allow users to build their own software. To be completely honest, I have no idea why you would want one of these. I purchased it with intentions that they were going to continue to support the product and add more features but I sure was wrong... I play other games and was hoping I would have been able to use the Game Analyzer Software because I play SMITE. I would have loved to see a software that allows you to set up your own locations on the screen to monitor. Developers should release Open Source software and allow developers to create mods for this device and allow them to add their own content to use with the eye tracker. For streams this thing is pretty neat.. it adds a huge depth to your eye movements. Its sad that this product was only used a few times by me and that its already caused me more problems then good. Heres a list of things that I've had problems with so far.1.) USB3.0's on my motherboard would not let the tracker stay ON. It would contentiously shut off until I unplugged and plugged it back in.2.) The adhesive to put your Sentry up is quite durable, but ripped the "Dell" logo right off my monitor when I decided to take it off. And this wasn't from trying to tear it off, it was already coming off and tilting to begin with.3.) The USB cord is bulky which weighs the Eye tracker down.4.) What's even worse is that the Eye Tracker USB port is on the SIDE, making it even more likely to not sit correctly even.5.) No future support. In the end, its fun for streaming and adds to immersion but it really has no use but for a select few people who can actually use it to its full extent.

I am good with computers
doesn't come with software; you have to download it online, in various steps. I am good with computers, and it was very very difficult for me to install, and doesn't include any kind of mouse replacement software--if you're trying to use this to replace a mouse, it's not there yet. If you're using it along with a mouse for convenience however, it may be worth it

It never worked for me. I have a 32" Monitor and it doesn't work with monitors above 27". It doesn't say that anywhere on the product page either.

Love the product
Love the product. It does a fantastic job. Ever since I heard of Windows 10's Hello feature, I wanted a tool that would work with it. And this fits the bill perfectly.

It's useful for MS Hello but it looks that there are many issues with USB (USB 3 ok but the keyboard does not work fine depending on the port where it's plugged), not useful in-game and finally very expensive for the capability.
