Just received today and I'm very impressed. Took a few minutes to figure out how to put it on but now it's very easy. I absolutely love that it has velcro at every point to enable you to customize the fit -- even the big toe holder. This is a big advantage over other bunion correctors I've used, plus the fact it goes around the heel seems to make it work better.The bunion on my right foot is very advanced so I don't expect this to radically correct it but I hope for some improvement and to stop it from progressing at the very least. I've worn it for several hours while watching television tonight. It does hurt a little after several hours but I would expect that if it is going to make any improvement. I plan to wear it while sleeping tonight and it should stay on much better than others I've used since it wraps around the entire foot and heel. The quality is excellent and I am glad I made this purchase.EDIT: I've used for several weeks now and do see a little improvement with bringing my big toe back closer to its original alignment. The Big Toe Splint is stronger than most appliances, but doesn't work as well as the picture shows. After surgery, my big toe overlapped the second toe and it is sometimes uncomfortable and looks terrible! This splint separates the two toes as long as I insert a silicone piece between the two toes. Without the silicone piece, which I got with another item I tried, the splint isn't strong enough to maintain separation. I am wearing the splint whenever I am home and all night in bed, however, I doubt this will be a permanent fix as the big toe snaps right back into overlap position when I remove the splint. The splint is too bulky to wear with closed shoes, but I can wear it with adjustable slippers.

TL;DR: BUY IT. IT IS AWESOME.Don't wear it with shoes.The hard part goes on the SIDE of your foot, by the bunion.This product just made sense to me. I needed something to just pull my toe to the side to make it stop aching.Those toe stretcher insert things never worked for me because they spread out ALL my toes and my foot would ache. The single toe insert thingies (between the big and second toe) were never big enough for the apparent massive gap between them. But then this, THIS came along!!!It took a hot minute for me to figure out how to strap my toe in, but boy, instant bunion ache relief once it is. You just gotta make sure not to strap it too tight, but you have 100% control over it.No, you cant wear this with shoes. This is strictly, "long day at work, stretch my toe at the end of the day" tool.Kudos to the company!

I put it on and let it act for about 2 hours, from the first minutes I began to feel pain and felt like it was throbbing. When I removed it I still felt the pain and the corner was red. you can see the photo. this makes a lot of pressure and if the cause of the outgoing bunions is due to tight shoes. So if this device also tightens the bunions I would think it will make them bigger due to the pressure and daily use. Now I don't know what to think about whether to use it or not, I think I won't use it anymore, it's not a good idea, I don't want to use something that is supposed to correct bunions and then see a different and worse result! So sad 🥺

Painful to wear & can’t wear with shoes.A waste of money for me.

These are amazing. They fit so well and so comfortably. The pain from bunion is practically gone when I wear them. And overall it is so much better. I didn't think something like this could work but it did. I purchased others but this is just far Superior in design and effectiveness.
