I NEVER write reviews out of laziness but I had to yap about these. The fact that they are refurbished and they came looking, sounding and smelling brand new was such a joy and relief.The buttons were tricky getting used, but nothing too annoying. I am not a particular fan of the way I have to switch through songs but I got used to that too. I do love that it comes with an app where I can customize my own listening experience and Noise cancellation mode! The battery life?! Absolutely phenomenal. I bought these on the 19 of March and they came charged 80% but I charged it to 100% and I haven’t charged it again since and today is the 8th of April. I used these headphones about 4 hours a day, which is absolute witchcraft given today is my first time charging it since I bought them and they have 20% charge left!!!The sound quality is great, the comfortability is a plus and the longevity of the battery is awesome.I was highly doubting buying these but I’m glad I did!

I’m very impressed with these headphones! At the price point I wasn’t expecting the quality to be high end, but after reading some reviews I hoped they would be an upgrade to my current Skullcandy Indy Evo earbuds that I’ve had for several years (which get pretty uncomfortable after a while, do not have noise cancelling, have had some issues with Bluetooth connection, and don’t carry a charge for very long before needing to be put back in their case).I’m going to break down the key features in my review in order of what I find to be most important for casual, daily use: comfort, noise cancelling, battery life, and sound quality.COMFORT:WOW!!!! These headphones are the most comfortable headphones I think I’ve ever worn! It feels like I’m wearing pillows on my ears, and my ears/head do not get soar after extended use. I recently flew from Massachusetts to Washington state for vacation and wore these headphones for 6-8 hours on the way there and back. I never felt any discomfort! This was very important to me when selecting a pair of headphones because I’m really sensitive to sensory input, especially touch and sound. Basically, if I can feel the headphones too much, it can become unpleasant which starts to distract me from what I’m listening to and makes it difficult to relax. These babies sell on comfort alone in my opinion! A+NOISE CANCELLING:Remember how I said I’m sensitive to sensory input like sound? The noise cancelling on these bad boys really does help to dull loud, sharp sounds that can be startling. It doesn’t block out noise completely, and that’s not what noise cancelling is supposed to do. I like how if my music is low enough or not playing I can still hear people talking to me, and if I turn my music up to 60% or more it does block out most low frequency sounds. I also found that on the airplane it helped a lot with the aerodynamic noises and even seemed to help reduce some of the pressure from building in my ears (which didn’t pop once!) A+BATTERY LIFE:This was the feature I was most skeptical about, and they didn’t disappoint! They weren’t kidding or exaggerating about the 40+ hour battery life, and I’m always pleased when products are true to their advertisements. I was mostly using the headphones for 15-20 minutes at a time during work breaks before going on vacation, and after several weeks of use they still had 50% battery life. Before going on my trip, I fully charged them. The charger automatically turns off after they are 100% charged which is a very impressive feature! After both flights (again—6-8 hours of use each flight), and no use during my vacation, the battery was at 60% when I got home. A+SOUND QUALITY:I wasn’t expecting a whole lot in terms of sound quality at this price point, so I wasn’t disappointed. The sound quality is not top tier, but it is quite good for daily, casual use. I like watching ASMR videos and listening to all kinds of music, and I feel that these headphones deliver satisfying sound quality for my needs. I’m not someone who is big on the highest sound quality when it comes to listening to music, although I do appreciate high quality sound. If you are someone who is looking for top tier specs in sound quality, these may not be for you. The most important thing for me with this feature is that the sound quality isn’t poor, especially at higher volumes. These puppies pack enough quality for me! AOverall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase! These headphones are true to the advertisements and meet my personal needs. 10/10 would recommend!

Sound quality is stupidly good for the price. Noise cancelation is good, durability is a big no-no though. It feels like I can snap it with my bare hands. Its very flimsy. The buttons are clicks but very easy to find without taking them off. Setup is much faster because don't need the app. All it is its just Bluetooth pairing. That's all. Functionality is weird because the voices are different on every prompt theres also a voice that was stolen from an android partition for some random reason but who cares, the sound quality and build quality is what matters. So its a mixture of good and bad.

I first noticed this brand while looking thru the Consumer Reports issue in March.Soundcore Life Q20 was listed as the #3 rated over the ear headphones but a $100-$200 less expensive the #1/#2 headphones. I clicked on where to buy and Amazon was listed. I then saw that Soundcore Life Q20 headphones were less than $50 (on sale at the time). I ordered and received the next day. After trying the Soundcore Life Q20 (very happy with my choice) I ordered another one for my wife. Soundcore Life Q20 headphones are very comfortable and have a great sound .... as good as a more expensive brand. Very Happy with the ease of operating the buttons for different listening styles and easy to see the different LED lights for on, connecting, off and disconnect lighting. A+++ purchase.

Great item for everyday use, the quality is great super soft over the ear, it’s travel friendly as it fold smaller, easy to connect to your device. I’m the battery life is great because I have not charged it from I got it and it’s still charged up, and the design is great for all genders. I have no regrets purchasing this item.

I first bought these around a year and a half ago after wearing someone else’s and I loved loved loved them, as I’m sensitive to repetitive noises I do not control. However, they broke, and I went to buy a new pair and have had them around 3 months, since I’ve been using theses ones I’ve noticed that they are less noise canceling. I can hear things outside my headphones more than before, and thought maybe I didn’t have them for long enough, but I’m seeing it is not the case. A bit disappointed ngl ):
