Round 1: Unpacked boxes for the bed frame and was able to complete assembly of the frame itself enough to be usable. This process in itself required some creative solutions and super glue, as the screw ports for the legs along the center support beam came unattached from the beam while attempting to screw the intended legs into place. The bedside tables came packaged separately, with a few parts damaged beyond use (including one of the drawers - pictured) and needing replacements, which the supplier furnished within ~1 week.Round 2: A replacement box containing all pieces required for the bedside table arrived, and assembly of the bedside tables began. One side came together neatly, but the other never seemed to fit flush with its intended pieces, with some pieces straight up not fitting due to a seeming variance in the size and cut of the pieces themselves (pictured). Due to the sizing variance in certain pieces, I ended up having to mix and match parts from my originally delivered package to cobble something together that finally resulted in a usable 2nd bedside table, despite some truly unsightly seams. When it came time to attach the bedside tables to the bed frame, similar issues arose with pieces not fitting flush with one another and/or leaving LARGE gaps between the headboard and the nightstand (pictured).Overall, VERY dissatisfied with the quality of this product (specifically, the center support beam and the bedside tables) after the time and effort it took to assemble, and will be requesting a refund.

We finally received our bed! Unfortunately, shipping was delayed several times, dues to no fault of the seller. They were communicative and gracious throughout the process, and even extended a discount for the wait. I’m so glad we waited! We assembled this last night, and were so impressed with the solid wood, the quality of the pieces, and the overall look and feel of this bed frame. It’s perfect, and totally worth the wait. This is a company I would buy from again and again. Thank you! The only thing we had a good laugh about, is that the directions say it takes 6 1/2 minutes to assemble. I would like to see the person that can doi that, lol! It took two people about 1.5 hours. But overall an easy assembly. Definitely recommend two people for this!

The bed came in several boxes. Please make sure you or someone is home for the delivery because of not you will have large boxes sitting at your front door.Some of the headboard and drawer pieces had cracks; which I was able to easily fill with wood glue and cover it up with walnut stain.The instructions can certainly could be better but I was lucky enough to have my dad and husband helping me out. This is definitely something I would recommend paying for someone else to install it; but check the merchandise before you set up the installation appointment.Overall, I do love the bed and the fact you can hide the cables within the drawers it is amazing.I gave it 4 stars because of the cracks and difficulty of installation.

The media could not be loaded.  TERRIBLE! I was really looking forward to this bed frame, and I noticed right away that the pieces were heavy, solid wood. However, it didn’t take long to realize many pieces were missing and damaged. Three panels had smashed corners. The center beam needed to be glued because the threading bit fell out. The center beam was also too short. None of the screws fit the holes properly, and we were sent far too few. I do not recommend.

We love this bed. My split king bases fit perfectly inside the bed frame. It arrived 2 days early in 4 boxes - 1 Headboard, 1 with nightstands, 1 with side panels, and 1 with foot board and slats. Each box had it's own set of directions and tools which my husband said was very convenient. He took about 2 hrs to put together which was mostly due to him not understanding what the final product was supposed to look like. After I printed out the pictures he was able to finish pretty easily. The wood is of excellent quality and it really looks good in our room. 5 stars for sure!! Would recommend.

Out of the box, the very cheap veneer is coming apart. Would not buy any items from this manufacturer.

I am still paying this off and had trouble with it a couple weeks after buying this. Drawers will not stay closed at all. I tried magnets, I have tried a lot. I ended up taking them off and using other nightstands. I also had to replace the frame with a metal frame so I just have the headboard and frame around the metal base. AWFUL!!!
