I’ve never bought ceramic logs before, so I have nothing to compare them to. They are as advertised, and stack well and look nice. The real reason for my review is their customer service. The logs arrived on December 22nd and I wanted them for the fireplace on Christmas morning. However, half of them arrived broken. I stacked them up anyway, and they didn’t look too badI sent them a message on Amazon about the broken logs with photos. They got back to me within a few hours. We identified the exact ones broken, and they apologized and immediately shipped me replacement logs which arrived in one piece.I really wasn’t interested in packing up the broken pieces to send back. I probably would have just lived with them broken, however, they were extremely friendly in their email, and I received the new logs quickly, without my having to send them back the broken pieces. So hats off to them for fixing the issue with no hassles.

So easy to install and they look great! Much cheaper than buying from Home Depot or Lowe’s!!

Added these to an existing log set to make it look more complete and realistic.

I bought these as a decorative item to fill up my empty fire place. It arrived, but is a lot smaller than I thought. Be aware of the sizing dimensions on this item because it's much smaller than most fake logs or logs you will find at the store. I think you would need about 3 packs of these to make an empty fireplace look more lively. Haven't used the fireplace since I bought these so I cannot speak to how they hold up. Only sizing is off for me
