I have loved this machine since it came to market. I have given it as a gift at least 6 times. I think every parent and pet owner should have one. Small and easy to store. Always does the job on carpet or upholstered furniture . Can remove some of the toughest grime from treated areas. Well worth the money

This product shipped with a leaking tank. However, customer service was easy to get and a replacement part was supplied free (even without the Amazon warranty).The product works as described and has been fairly good at removing stains. I am glad I got this rather than the smaller units.Use. Hot. Tap. Water. Not boiling, but make sure it’s as hot as tap water gets!

Do you have children, pets, or other co-habitators that smear sticky or questionable substances on carpets, upholstery, and other small surfaces? If so, you need this. Mine hasn't seemed to get hot per se, but it does a heck of a good job cleaning up nasty messes my kids and pets seem to be compelled to create for the sake of art itself. While my budding Jackson Pollocks enjoy their tapestry of carpet, and the pets love to add their own special mark, this bad boy has helped keep the sticky nasty mess at bay, and allows for a clean slate for their next masterpiece at faster intervals, thanks to the very effective drying provided by this machine. If you're tempted to sell your carpet off as modern art, or even just burn the house down and start over with a new identity in another country, I would highly recommend trying this bissell before taking more drastic measures.

Bissell brand is the best. My husband loves this small shampooer for the car. Very good price. The seller is great.

Go compare this title to the Bissel website. It's a spot cleaner, not a steam cleaner. It produces no steam - you can put warm water in it to help you clean, but that's it. No steam.

This is a must have for any pet parent. Makes spot cleaning quick and easy. I am able to promptly and completely remove new stains, clean as needed, and feel confident that it will remain clean. Easy to use, portable, and worth every penny.

Great for cleaning up small spaces. I really like the idea of the product and the price for what you get but my sprayer stopped working very quickly after probably less than 10 uses.
