I must admit i am impressed with the results I have using this! I noticed the effects right away. I am relaxed but my cognition and energy level is not affected. I sleep better. I take it on on an empty stomach often in a hurry, and it has never talked back. I have felt benefits improve with time. It certainly makes my day better over all. Which is saying alot. It is now my daily routine and I plan to keep it that way. Even if it were a placebo effect, which I don't believe it is, I'll take that.The seller did send me a free refill after my first purchase, so I would have time to full evaluate the effectiveness, knowing it can take time for any supplement to fully have an effect on a system, at no prompting by me, and no stipulations, or requests required or implied on my part.I had already decided to leave a positive 5 star review and actually say something, which I rarely do.Best of health and life to you.

I don’t ordinarily write reviews. Tho I should for the things that matter and mean the most. So here I am... I struggle with anxiety, panic attacks and sleep issues. Waking up frequently with the weight of the world on my shoulders, and hours of problem solving on the nightly agenda. Not to mention my hardworking hubbie that snores like a fright train, leaving sleep a thing of the past. Which in tune increased my anxiety for the following day. Since taking this 3 magic tabs once a day (with or without food) doesn’t make much of a difference for me, has been a godsend. I sleep so soundly, not suffering from any anxiety and the hectic chaos madness is a thing of the past. I’m 52 years old and been on quite a few meds for all of these so called issues, but the have grown tired or tiredier from their crappy side effects. Cue joyous 🎶

This Product Works!
I love this product! I have always had minor anxiety issues and have tried numerous products to suppress it. When I tried this product I immediately noticed a difference. My wife said that maybe it was a placebo effect, so I stopped taking them to see if she was right. During the next couple of days I began to feel the same stress and anxiety that I had previously felt before taking this supplement. From that moment on I started taking the tablets again religiously, 3 times a day, and to this day they have suppressed my anxiety and helped with my stress tremendously. I am completely sold on this product!!

If you are unsure if you want to try this or not I highly recommend you give it a shot! Everyone is different but for me it worked wonders. I have a panic disorder and prescription medications never worked for me and I would just suffer with constant panic attacks and severe stress. Since starting this almost a month ago I have not had a panic attack. It has not taken all my anxiety away of course but it has given me a lot of relief.

Really made a difference for depression and anxiety
I bought this for a friend suffering from anxiety and depression. He has taken 4 a day for the last two months, his whole mental attitude has shifted and he is feeling great. This is an awesome product.

One of the best supplements for your nervous system
I've had serious problems with my nervous system, insomnia, anxiety, etc for years now, and this is one of the best supplements with B-vitamin complex that i've ever found. The pills are a little big, but it is worth the effort.
