UPDATE:I contacted the company by email and true to their courteous response, they sent me another beautiful crystal! Updating my 3 stars to 5, since the company fixed the problem and I can enjoy my beautiful chandelier.I purchased the 6 light contemporary chandelier. Looked for a long time for just the right chandelier for my dining room. I was really excited to get this, but braced myself since I bought it used (last black one left). Since I can't install it right away and others posted about their broken crystals, I inspected all the crystals. At first, everything seemed to be packaged well in styrofoam and I was excited to see all the large crystal shades intact. But, the big pieces weren't the problem. The beautiful tear drop shaped crystal that hangs down the center was broken ... maybe from the prior owner of this used chandelier ... maybe because it was packaged in that little flimsy, crushed box with nothing to cushion it (See attached pics). The dangling crystals with the one large tear drop crystal made this chandelier look more elegant, without being overly decorative - simple elegance. I can understand wanting to resell a returned product, but I don't understand selling a broken one, since it leaves the company with one less opportunity for a glowing review and free word of mouth advertising and associates is name with poor quality. Oh well, I'm very disappointed and currently considering whether I'm going to return this light (so next possible buyers of this used item, beware!). Oh and this black actually looks more like a shiny, dark oil rubbed bronze; I was hoping for matte black and would have bit the disappointment of that color difference, had the crystal not been broken.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely adore this chandelier! I did a lot of research and comparison shopping before making this purchase for my new house. Simple elegance at its best! It looks fantastic in my sun room. The online pictures do not do it justice because it was even more gorgeous in person. The crystals are very shiny and make it look extravagant. It was delivered timely and packaged well. It came with extra crystals which we love it so much in case we need to replace in the future. My hubby had no problem installing as it replaced another light fixture. We tried to have it on a dimmer, but we thought it's not necessary at this moment. Currently using regular halogen 40 W bulbs (came with the package) but will replace with dimmable LED in the future. Very happy with my purchase! They have another great piece which we thought its perfect for our bedroom. We probably will get it in the future.

We have not had it installed yet but it looks very pretty. It is heavy with high quality glass crystal. The issue we had is on four out of six glass shades the crystal panel was not attached at all or the tiny metal hook was broken. The good news: this company has great customer service and was quick to replace it. Unfortunately, the replacement fixture also had the same issue with the shades but we were able to find six intact shades between the two and return all of the broken ones. I cannot wait to see this up!

The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful BOLD fancy chandelier. The crystal bulbs are huge and it really stands out. I love it contrast by black - very modern. I was worried the 6 lights won’t be bright enough but it’s very bright. The customer service was great and responds daily to every questions. I love it.

It’s a little challenging figuring out how to assemble &install, but if you can figure out IKEA products you can do this chandelier.

Just Beautiful replace out dated lights. Brings a richness to any room very well made worth more than higher price chandeliers out their.

We were looking for something that has character and this chandelier is it! It looks stunning in our home as we used it over our dining table. This is a product we would recommend.

Love this light in my dining area. Easy to put together. Very well built construction. Ceiling lights up beautifully when turned on. So many compliments.
