This stool is working out well for the few weeks we have had it. Arrived safely packaged and assembly was easy. I can see with my husbands heavy feet, that over time, the cushion will be depressed most likely. The cabernet cover is very dark, like a dark wine. Darker than photo depicts.Ediecana

I have three dogs that had one ugly and nasty steps to use to get onto our bed...so I ordered this ottoman to replace those steps..fashionable yet it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb...like those expensive doggy steps...and it can be used for blanket storage etc..love it..very very sturdy

IT'S A VERY STIFF/FIRM PRODUCT. EVEN WITH THE REMOVAL OF THE SPARE 1 1/2 " FROM THE LEGS OF THE OTTOMAN, THE OTTOMAN SITS TOO HIGH - YOUR FEET SIT ABOVE YOUR BODY..

This was a fanatic purchase! Great item, beautiful craftsmanship color and design. My cat loves to snuggle on it! The color is much different than the photo and is very blue and not as neutral but still beautiful
