Nutteri 1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5mm Leather Shallow Slot Edge Lineer Edge Device Trimmer Leather Crimping Tools (2.0mm)

This tool tip is comparable to others, but with a better handle than the truly-cheeep sets. Its thickness acts as a heat-sink to keep it warmer longer, tho I’d expect to warm it after a linear foot or so of edging. This tool *can make a nice rolled edge (esp if heated before use) and after slicking it. Tilt it away from the edge for the best “follow” and move the work, rather than going around a curve freehand. Would like to see a wider 3mm tool offered as well (maybe better to get an adjustable?) tho cannot heat that as well.

It seem well made and sturdy. It does what it is suppoed to do, leaves a shallow indention. Seems to work best on vegitan not so well on finishe Italian leather. Best on straight edges. Outside curve are difficult, indise curves are very difficult. I did not find that heat made a difference. For me, it is too narrow and the outside edge could be a little longer for better control. Overall it is not for me but it does work as described.
