My daughter loved this perfume. Its quality is amazing. The scent is amazing. I love how it's not too strong but still kind of strong. All you need is 2-3 sprays. The bottle is huge, so you could use this product forever. It's very easy to transport, as it won't spill or break in a bag. When you spray it, you won't get a weird taste in your mouth; it tastes all natural. The bottle is in a very soft bottle, so it won't break. I would recommend it.

I spray once on my palm, and touch my palms together. Then touch each palm to the sides of my neck. This will last all day. Bottle size is worth the cost. I pair this with Native Vanilla lotion.The brand is new to me, and I love it. (Switching from Philosophy Fresh Cream, as I am aiming for using non toxic products). I can’t wait to try other products like the candles!!

...it's BETTER! I just got this and cracked it open immediately, could not wait. I wanna preface by saying I've been looking for a light, non-edible vanilla that's got some "clean" notes mixed in. I've been all about vanilla since I can remember; my favorites are super sweet, sensual scents, but being pregnant has made me shy away a bit from more gourmand scents lately. I just. want. to smell. CLEAN! and sweet at the same time. When I read the reviews for this (on here, as well as fragrantica), I wasn't sure exactly what to expect but I had an idea. I was right and also wrong in my assumptions. This is BEAUTIFUL, GORGEOUS. It's got the warmth and comfort and cleanliness of...say, a Donna Karan Cashmere Mist (which I used to LOVE splashing on after a shower before bed when I was gonna do nothing all night) with this layer of smooth, airy vanilla on top--nothing stronger than...gosh, maybe philosophy fresh cream--very light. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. My boyfriend said "smells nice" which means it's lovely, haha! In the time between applying this and writing this now, it's done this mild dry down. Still clean and soapy, slightly heightened sweetness. OLD LADY? I think not. Despite being a huge collector of high and mid-end fragrances for years, my absolute signature scent is Burberry Brit, been that way since it was released, but this is gonna take its place for the foreseeable future, especially being pregnant and likely once baby is born; this should be a nice, safe scent for him to be around. When it comes to being giftable, I'd say SURE! If you know the person well enough to buy them a fragrance, this could be a great option. Especially if it's someone who enjoys clean, soapy scents but has a feminism about them. I'd consider this a lovely daytime safe smell to anyone who gets a waft of it as you walk past, but if you wear it for a night out with someone special, they're gonna get a whole layer when they get to smell it on you up close. It's so much more sophisticated than the title of "pure vanilla" would lead you to believe. Non-offensive, non-intrusive, but very, very THERE. I plan on letting this wear off through the evening, showering up and reapplying before bed to see how it lasts through the night/on clothing.

I’ve been wearing Lavanila perfume for years and have ordered through Amazon often with no issues, but this is the first time I purchased this particular set ( the perfume plus roller ball) from this particular seller, and I did NOT receive Lavanila. When I opened the roller ball, there was no smell whatsoever. It was like water. I applied it and nothing, no scent at all. I compared it to my current roller ball (shown on the left in the photo) and realized the bottle was different, and the liquid inside obviously much paler than true Lavanila. I then opened the perfume bottle itself, and it was also much paler in color, but it did have a scent, just NOT the scent of Lavanila. It was a cheap, horrible smell, not even vanilla, smelled like rancid dollar store “perfume” spray. Lavanila is a wonderful fragrance, which is why I’ve wore it for so many years, but Lavanila is not what I received.

Overall a good fragrance. It is healthy and the scent is polite and versatile. On the other hand, it feels very faint, the strength of the perfume is low... but given the price point, once can not expect a whole ton of Madagasgar vanilla. Overall good and I would repurchase, for the healthy reasons and the scent. Just wish it were stronger.Follow up review 3 weeks later:Compared this perfume to my other vanilla perfumes, including Torn by Henry Rose, and Vanilla 28 by Kayali. I think that although the strength of this one is a bit low, it does smell rather natural, pleasant, and elegant. I find myself drawn to this perfume over all my other vanilla perfumes.The other special thing about Pure Vanilla by Lavanila is that it melds into your skin and becomes part of you. As your body temperature heats up you get a whiff of gentle vanilla with musk and subtle flowers (heliotrope I think). And it is absolutely beautiful and addictive. I just purchased my second big bottle :)

I don't dislike it but, it's very, very musky. I like the vanilla scent and it layers very nicely with my Eos lotion.Also, it lasts a little while but, definitely not long enough but, I don't mind because it's a healthier option not a regular perfume. So, I'll just carry it around and reapply as needed.
