The 15 minute massage is very good. It has enough pressure that doesn't cause pain. The heat function feels nice.My mom uses it for her knees. I use it for my elbow. It's on the light side. When I put it on my knees, I can barely feel the weight. The machine looks well-made. Hope it last long.

I ordered this knee massager for B because he suffers from RLS. When he feels the restlessness and tingling starting up, he gets this out, and it helps so much! I definitely recommend it if you or a family member have issues with RLS. It’s really helpful for myself as well. Great for relaxing in bed and it’s chargeable/portable—very unique and well-made product.

I bought this for my wifes knee pain but unfortunately only gave her more pain. I even tried it just to see if maybe she was just too sensitive to it but nope. The item just squezzes your knee to the point where you get nervous it wont stop. Pretty painful -sadly i bought this in advance and by the time i gave it to her i was out of return period. Unhappy purchase
