GE discontinued this replacement part, but thankfully this aftermarket part worked great!!! Saved me from throwing away my older water cooler. Part fit and worked perfectly.

Great replacement top ring for the Primo® Top Loading Hot and Cold Water Dispenser that I purchased at Lowes.

Works for my water dispenser. Super cheap and arrived early.

My original OEM part consisted of a collar/ring with a removable spike that had 3 of its four tabs broken. This replacement part simply lays on top and doesn't lock into place like the OEM part. It still works well though as the weight of the bottle keeps it in place. My dispenser sits inside a small cutout so there's nowhere for the bottle to really go.

Very poor design. Don't buy it unless your desperate.

I have a table top water dispenser and this specific plastic piece cracked down the side and was unusable. I was very worried it would not fit, however it was the perfect size and fit the dispenser perfectly. It is very easy to swap out and install. Compared to other products on Amazon, this was one of the best for value for your money!

Double check the water cooler you are going to use this for. Some are large and this doesn’t work. Not the sellers fault.

Perfect replacement for a water dispenser that I can no longer get replacement parts for. A previous review helped me with the decision to buy this.
