1/8" x 12" x 24" Baltic Birch Plywood New Size B/BB No Plugs 1 Face. Great for Laser, CNC, and Scroll Saw. 20pc

We purchased this wood since we had good luck with a previous order. This order leaves a lot to be desired. The sheets at bowed quite a bit. I am cutting small stuff so I can place a weight in the middle to holder it down and the laser won't come near it but if you need to cut from the full sheet, this has about 1/2" to 1" bow in the center. The bow I can live with but the wood evidently isn't very uniform under the top layers. I am having to make 2 passes instead of my usual single pass and even then I am charring in some places and not cutting through in others, this is unacceptable. I might end up using this for the cnc router but I can't waste this much time and wood trying to laser cut it. It's cheap but still not worth it.

This product was not 12 inches by 24 inches , the actual size was 11 and three quarters by 23 and 1/2 .

We've ordered three boxes so far. First box had a few blemishes, but subsequent orders were full of clear boards. Very happy! Thank you!

I am so NOT HAPPY with this wood! The pieces are uniformly cut to size but almost all of the sheets are too twisted to lay flat in the laser. Might be usable if you were going to stack pieces and clamp together to scroll saw ornaments or something small. I am loosing money on recutting things that would not cut due to the warp not to mention the time lost. A huge disappointment because I really need an affordable source for the 8-inch birch.

This is the second time I ordered this package and it is still worth it.

As advertised, quality's pretty decent. Box didn't really survive transport, but the contents got to me intact, and I'm happy with what I got for what I paid.
