This is a xmas present so I haven't opened it as yet but it looks like it is exactly the same as described. Delivery was quick efficient and trouble free

Fairly easy to set up for my mother in law. She can't understand how to turn alarm off but after repeating the programmed instruction a few times it automatically stops.

My mum has dementia and was very confused with what time of day it was. This clock is amazing and my mum loves it. It has really helped her. Worth every penny

Absolute rubbish I purchased this particular clock because it says it's battery powered as nanan turns everything off at the plug every day and will not change the habit as she is slowly loosing the plot. It came with a plug in which means it's a total waste of money and falsely advertised

Having now had 2 of these clocks, BOTH were faulty... I have written a review previously and gave this 2 stars after trying for ages to get my first clock to function properly and actually work, which I couldn't, and therefore wrote my review.Following my review I received an email from the MD of the company requesting I review my star rating and revise this, as he thought his product deserved a higher rating,..... which I did indeed consider, but Unfortunately now I have had 2 clocks BOTH which were faulty I feel that in my personal opinion 2 Stars is my rating.The clock does indeed show the time, day, date etc and has built in reminders to help your loved ones remember various things, although both of mine have been faulty, one as immediately purchased, and one after 6 weeks which just gave up working at all.AS AN ALTERNATIVE:- LOOK AT THE SLIGHTLY MORE EXPENSIVE " Memrabel 2 Clock" it has lots more options and setup functions.If you need to contact Ravencourt Ltd who market and distribute this product..., the staff are very polite and courteous.

We had some frustrating problems with the screen if the clock . Originally turning it on and off worked but then it didn’t. Ravenscourt customer service were excellent and sent a replacement clock which has now functioned well for many months . My father in law thinks it’s me talking to him - calling the recorded voice Karen has woken me up !! Sweet 💕

Helps reduce reliance on carer helps the person feel more in control of their own life.
