Don't waste your time with anything else. This stuff works.
This stuff works! Our warehouse in an industrial area is swarming with sugar ants. We have professional pest control and they couldn't get rid of them. Their treatment killed them by the tens of thousands, but there were just as many to replace them. They seemed to be after moisture as we were in a drought. I tried Maple syrup and borax which works well. Killed them by well, but still more kept coming. Ordered the stick in the ground bait traps by same company. Put them close to the hole under the foundation where I think the colony is. They emptied 4 traps in a day. They still kept coming. Ordered the DuPont gel bait. They didn't touch it. Tried some powder by the front door where they were swarming. Next day, they were gone. Not an ant in sight. Put powder around one side of the building (they were entering from two sides). Completely shut them down. Put some powder in our second (unused) warehouse where they were swarming. Checked 2 days later and traffic was reduced by 75% and dead ants everywhere. Put some around the warehouse rest room that we were literally filling a dust pan a day of dead ants. Next day, none were present. I found their main entry point to the colony and nuked that hole. Only a few survivors walking through it the next day. I have pretty much surrounded the perimeter of the building. I found maybe a start of a new colony in the parking lot and dusted that area.In conclusion, this stuff works. I am not sure if they are avoiding the area or have simply died off. Evidence kind of suggests both. I just walked though the 5000 sq ft. warehouse and saw on ant. Everything else (except the gel bait) killed them as well, but did nothing to keep them out or diminish them. I will keep vigilant and make sure that they don't come back with this trusty powder. The picture is what the floor of the bathroom looked like every morning.Update. Amazon listing says 1 pound, but I have ordered it twice now and received 2 pounds each time. Also, take the waterproof claim with a grain of salt. We had a decent rain last night and a lot of it washed away. Still keeping my 5 star rating however.

MIRACLE WORKER
Wow, I am blown away by how well this product works! I live in Florida, in an apartment complex that's built on a ton of sand and unfortunately, that means it's full of ants. To make things worse, I live on the first floor, which makes me even more vulnerable to infestations. After a rainstorm, I had an ant infestation and quickly ordered this product. When it arrived, I dusted it along the borders of my entire apartment unit, both on the interior and exterior walls, inside closets - basically everywhere I could think of. I waited the allotted time and then vacuumed it up (although I had to wipe in some places) and just like that, the ants were gone. It didn't happen instantly, but over the course of 2 days, the decrease in the number of ants was substantial.Fast forward to a time when I forgot to take out a bag of trash and my floor was black with all the ants. I used this product again and it worked wonders! It was the worst ant infestation I've ever seen, but this product handled it beautifully.Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone dealing with ant infestations. It's incredibly effective and easy to use. Don't let ants take over your home - give this product a try!

Good Ant Repellent
Terro is one of the few ant repellents that are listed to get rid of ants in your yard. I bought a duster bulb to dispense the product as well. I use it on any ant mounds in my lawn. It's good but very time consuming to walk around and dust every mound if you have a large yard. I have had to buy several cans and use it several times but it's a good product.

Great product.
I sprinkle this around the poles of my deck and it keeps the ants from coming up on it. I use it every spring and summer and would never want to be without it. Great product in every way!!!

This is a winner!
So i have been battling black ants in Florida for a couple of months. Bought countless bottles of Raid to spot treat them when they accumulate. I ended up hosing them down twice a day. They were climbing my exterior walls. I used a couple of bottles of the Terro Liquid Ant Killer and the Amdro Fire Ant bait. While the Terro Liquid yielded good results, they never completely left and within a few days, they started swarming. The Amdro was ineffictive, the Ortho bug-gon didn't help this problem either.I decided to try the Ant Killer Dust. I got home last night and used a combination of the Liquid Ant Killer for the trails, and laid down a generous portion (the entire can) of the dust along a fence they were coming from. Got up on the roof and did a combination on some cracks and then the liquid for the trails.Tonight I get home and I did not see one ant. None. Anywhere. The fence was clean, nothing on the walls. Amazing stuff. My only recommendation would be to buy 2-3 cans to make sure you can cover the area you need to cover.Highly recommended. I ordered another can just to have it on hand.I looked over at the neighbors house and saw a trail of ants on his wall, probably the guys that were coming to mine.

Killed bugs
I bought this to kill ants that were swarming around my porch. It did not kill the ants but it killed plenty of bugs. I will use it in the future as a bug killer.

will not buy again
I used this on 2 different ant pile that were just starting to form. A week later there were more ants and the piles were bigger. I used the whole can and it did nothing to help. I eventually ran them over with a lawn more and spilled a little gas on the piles and guess what, no more ants.
