Very firm foam roller
This foam roller is great for my athletes it is a tougher/harder material then foam rollers but definitely helps release tight muscles! Does not get any indents after rolling great quality and great for people really looking to roll out. Closer to a pvc pipe feeling! Which I like for a foam roller!

Easy no-brainer purchase if you're looking for a dense foam roller. Exercise caution when buying "soft" rollers, but hard rollers are a safe bet
