Great for heavy Bass Guitars
The first thing I noticed was how comfortable it is. The 3-inch width and the thickness of it really helps spread the weight of my bass across my shoulder. Even during longer practice sessions, my shoulder doesn’t get sore like it used to with thinner straps. My back doesn't cave in on itself either, which is a huge boon. Keep in mind that my bass doesn't compare to the heaviest of basses, but my classic 70's Fender Jazz Bass weighs in around 11 pounds with it's maple wood finish. After a while I really notice the difference, and this strap makes it much easier to handle. The leather material itself feels high-quality, soft enough to be comfortable but thick and sturdy so I don’t have to worry about it stretching or wearing out. Adjusting the length can be a tad confusing at first, I had to watch a video initially but when you set it up, it stays exactly where ya want it. It also fits perfectly in my case, I have to bend and squish it in and it always reverts back to it's normal shape after. It also just looks fantastic. The leather has a nice, clean feel that goes perfectly with the vintage aesthetic of my bass. Not flashy, just nice and professional-looking. Overall, it’s exactly what I wanted: comfortable, durable, and stylish. If you’ve got a heavier bass or guitar and need a strap that actually makes playing more comfortable, this one’s a solid choice.

Comfortable and sturdy.
This is a great strap for a larger heavier instrument like an electric bass, a Les Paul, or my Gretsch semi-hollow body. It's wide, well-padded and very sturdy. It's also looks very elegant (imho) and the price is reasonable. I wouldn't really call it a negative, but the slits are a little on the large side to work with a variety of strap mounts. Do yourself a favor and make sure to invest in some strap locks.

VERY glad I purchased this awesome strap!
Extremely high-quality strap. Looks, feels and even smells incredible! Very comfortable and not too heavy. Adjusts easily. Obviously a great company producing impressive products. Again - this is not just another generic strap, this is special. Buy with unflinching confidence - you will not be dissapointed.

Business in the front, disappointment in the back
I love Levy's straps. They usually rock harder than a geologic formation. The Good: The top layer? Beautiful. Genuine leather. Smells like a cowboy boot factory. The stitching is great, and the 3-inch width really helps distribute the weight of my Les Paul (which weighs as much as a small Honda). The "Dad-sappointing" Part: The underside is imitation leather. I felt a bit cheated. It’s like buying a luxury car and finding out the seats are made of vinyl. I was expecting full leather through and through for the "Amped" series. It grips okay, but it lacks that premium feel against the shoulder. Still a good strap, but not a great strap.

Excellent Strap For the Price
This is the second strap I purchased from the Levy’s Amped series. The first one went into service 18 months ago and has held up very well through daily practice and on a number of gigs. The new one is set up to be a little shorter to accommodate a few other guitars. The tan one in the picture is a 20 year-old Levy’s strap just to illustrate their durability – it’s been on more than 100 gigs. They are all very durable and super comfortable. Note I use the last bit of the strap and the final hole to make a loop for my cable. I didn’t do that on the new one because it will be utilized on an instrument that doesn’t need the loop. I noticed a few of the negative reviews complained about them being too short. I have to wonder if the reviewers realize they come with the strap set in the shortest position. You can move the tail end into any of the slots to achieve your desired length. For me, that’s 45 inches, Straplok to Straplok. Max length pin to pin is about 50 inches. So, it won’t accommodate a Flea or Dee Dee Ramone playing style; but everyone else should be able to find their happy place. The other complaint in some reviews was the suspicion that the strap may not be genuine leather. It’s a highly finished product – smooth on the top and textured on the padded side. If you give it a leather test (I did) you’ll find that both the shiny top and the textured side are real. Levy’s makes more expensive straps with fancier and more detailed leather, but the Amped series is a bargain at $29.

Wide, Comfy Strap With An Anemic Tail
This would be a very good strap if the tail leather was as thick as the other end. I've posted pics of the how the thickness of the tail compares to a competitor. I bought this for a heavier PRS, but I'm a bit concerned about how fast that skinny end will tear. It is very wide and comfy otherwise.

Good bang for the buck
I’ve read some negative reviews about this strap. I think people need to keep things in the proper perspective. That said, for the price this is an excellent strap. For a little over $22, you get a comfortable and well-made 3” strap. I have softer, more flexible, and better padded straps, but each one of those cost nearly $100 - or even more. For the money, I think this is a bargain.

Fantastic Strap – Comfortable, Stylish, and Well-Made
I've used quite a few guitar straps over the years, but this one from Levy's really stands out. The white and black "Panda" design is eye-catching without being over the top. It looks sharp on both light and dark guitars. Mine is a flying V with a white pick guard. The leather is top quality and feels solid without being too stiff. It’s wide enough (3 inches) to distribute the weight of the guitar comfortably, even during long sessions. The stitching is clean, and the strap just feels like it's built to last. Overall, I’m really impressed. It’s not just a good-looking strap—it’s functional and feels premium. Would definitely buy another.

Produto excelente. Ótimo largura e bem acolchoada. Instalei no meu baixo e não tive mais dores no ombro. Produto veio bem embalado de maneira a não provocar quinas na espuma interna.

Super high quality strap with premium materials and great craftsmanship. It's perhaps a little too padded which can make it feel a but heavy or clunky. Better options in this price range.

I've used Levy's straps for years, but wanted to try something a bit more high end. This strap is very comfortable, beautifully finished and very strong. Great strap
