Been taking this brand of supplement for nearly 20 years and while I've strayed to try other " new and improved " supplements, none have come close. This is derived from REAL FOOD, there are no synthetic vitamins in this product and that is important to note. There is no need to put in the gigantic percentages that other brands do because your body absorbs these Mega Food vit/min more completely. This is a very high quality product that really has set the gold standard that all other supplements must try to meet and has a pinnacle reputation within the health conscious community. Yes they are more expensive but you get what you pay for here.. if you try to go on the cheap and buy store brand vitamins/minerals your just wasting your money and causing grief to your digestive tract and kidneys/liver. I've been involved with athletics pretty much all my life in one way or another so supplementation has always been a part of it and I haven't found/tried a better all around one a day vitamine /mineral supplement. When I stop taking them for awhile or try a different brand and then return to Mega Food, within a week I can tell the difference. This is a quality american company that takes great pride and care in delivering a product thats beneficial to your health first and foremost. Just a note.. their Blood Builder supplement is wonderful for people needing an iron supplement. My mom needed iron and theirs was the only one that didnt cause stomach problems for her.

Great product. I am very satisfied with these vitamins. This is the second time I have purchased them and they are very high quality in my opinion. They are in a dark glass bottle and is just what every quality product should be in. Keeps the product well and preserves the quality until used. This is according to my good friend who is a Doctor. I always feel better taking these and when I ran out last time I got sick. I hadn't reordered thinking I would see how I feel off them to compare. Never again, I will keep a good supply of these. Since I started taking again I feel better and have more energy. I also suffer from MSG sensitivity and these really help me against that. I you have that issue (50% of the population have reactions to it according to doctors) you should give these a try. Very few vitamins do not contain fillers that contain it. I would recommend these to everyone. They are GMO certified free as well which is also a very big deal. We will only know how big down the road I think. A friend told me about this and they were right. I used to feel very lethargic but from the first day of taking this supplement, I got a major boost. It just provided what my body was missing. I'm able to handle a much longer commute than I thought possible. It's also easy on the tummy with very little food in the morning. Buch better product than similar offerings.
