I just received my copy of Mars Poetica, and I can't put it down. Cooper continues producing the most thoughtful, relevant, and beautifully crafted poems--he is one of the best poets of our generation, if not the best. Even though his earlier books of poetry are of the finest caliber, Mars Poetica contains some of his most evocative works.
